Good food and vibe but being charged 3% extra on credit cards is going to cause me to quit coming.

I placed an online order with Didier's at 8:43 on the night of April 7th. When I showed up at 8:50, the lights were off and the girls working were standing in the back. When I tried to get their attention, they ignored me and then finally came over a minute or two later. They said they had closed 30 minutes earlier "because no one was there". No signs were posted alerting of the early close. When I asked if I could have a refund for the order I placed, the gal said "I don't know how to do that". Another side note is that I had ordered the simple pre-batched pints of ice cream and two toppings. Instead of grabbing those for me, she said her manager would be in tomorrow. The next day, I went in to speak to a manager. He rolled his eye and told me he'd get someone to help me with a refund. When they weren't able to refund me because I had placed my order through DoorDash, I asked if they'd at least be able to give me the product I ordered. They did but they were short and rude the entire interaction. read more

Decided to bring my family here tonight. We always come here for the yogurt we love the toppings and the different varieties. I ordered the blueberry no sugar added yogurt it was actually pretty good and I put some fruit on top my kids both got strawberry with a variety of sugar flavors on top LOL. You know it's awesome you can put as much topping as you want on there it's not weighed at all! Epic! I have to say I have to come back for lunch I have never had their food here I know I know disappointing but I did take a picture of their new menu and I will be back with pictures of course!! My daughter said when she's coming back she's going to try one of their shakes because I've heard it's the best in Spokane!! We had great service here the lady went through everything with us like it was our first time there Parking is a little bit scarce if you're coming on a busy night you might have to park on the residential street. read more

Very clean yogurt and lunch shop. The turn off for me is as huge frozen yogurt fan I like to be able to make do my own yogurt and add my toppings. They don't allow any samples and they control toppings strictly and pricing is super weird. I would prefer to stick to the local shops who have d self serve. I've been many times for frozen yogurt, and it's always amazing (great consistency...not so icy and artificial tasting like so many other yogurt shops' offerings). Didier's has the best frozen yogurt!! Today I tried a gluten free burger, and it was sooo good! The bun was excellent!! They even sell buns if you want to take some home. My partner and i just moved to Colbert, and we were pretty worried about finding replacements for our favorite restaurants. This is the first place we went for froyo and it might be the only one from now on. We've gone a few times now without disappointment. There's a great selection, plenty of seating (including outdoor!), a wealth of parking, and the staff took my partner's celiac disease seriously. Not only is everything well-labeled for allergies, they were kind enough to get him toppings directly from the storage containers so there was no cross-contamination. He always feels like a terrible burden, but they made him feel like he wasn't. Rachel and Emily specifically invited him back and said they were happy to accommodate his needs at any time. We have stopped in for yogurt a few times, but this time it was all about lunch. Being that we both love a good deli sandwich, my husband and I got a croissant one. I loved that you could build your own and they served local ingredients. They offer Tillamook cheese, a favorite of mine. The sandwich was fantastic. The croissant was toasted and buttery and the sandwich did not skimp on filling. The vegetables were simple (lettuce and tomatoes) but very fresh. I loved the price point, too. For under $10 each, we got a full sandwich with a heavy serving of chips and a pickle spear. The restaurant is very clean and nice looking. The staff are super friendly, bring your food to your table and came to refill our drinks multiple times. Speaking of drinks- they have the good ice! The crushed little crunchy ice. Hours posted say an open time, (forgot the hour) till 'close'. I inquired what 'close' was and they said it was 9 or 10 PM depending on how busy it was. Although we didn't have room for some desserts, they do offer great toppings- I observed a huckleberry sauce. I also saw they have take-home pints and quarts of thier frozen yogurt as well as ice cream pies with either Graham cracker crust or Oreo crust. I will definitely be returning to eat some frozen delights this summer and for sure check out the Sasquatch Shakes- large shakes with massive toppings big enough to share. read more

I ordered a small froyo with half Irish mint and half chocolate with marionberries, Oreos, and a brownie to top it off. The brownie was super delicious and the froyo itself was so creamy and rich. The place is bright and clean and a favorite stop of families and sports teams after a day in the Spokane sunshine. The yogurt is just as good as Froyo Earth, maybe even little better. Didiers used to serve juicy burgers, they used to sell good ham sandwiches. Now they serve small dry meat patties. And they serve 2 inches thick of bread and a 1/8 to a ¼ inch of ham on their sandwich. Also very dry. This has been the new track record for the last three visits to the restaurant. Visited the area with my son and baby girl to visit a college and this place was just close enough to check out. I'm always leery of frozen yogurt having an obvious after taste, but this place was different. Normally I wouldn't have given it a 2nd look but it had some good reviews. While my son was on campus, the baby and I got the Ghirardelli Chocolate and the baby and I fell in love. We got back to the hotel (about 15min away) even after making an additional stop, it was still in good shape. I took one bite and couldn't believe it was frozen yogurt. It tasted like really good ice cream. We went back the next day with my son in tow and he was even more skeptical than I had been but I warned him that the baby and I were not sharing with him so he got a small cup of the chocolate. This place has a decent burger and decent frozen yogurt. My biggest issue is that they only have nonfat and low fat variety which aren't as creamy as I'd like. I guess I prefer ice cream. The service was fantastic and the burger didn't take long. All and all, it's a sweet little place and I'll probably return. read more
