Candy was great in asking questions on what are important to me such as areas of focus, cleaning techniques and products to use, etc. As an example, I wanted them to do common areas and not bedrooms and ok with bleach but avoid strong smell solutions or heavy chemical smells. I've never had cleaners before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Having 2 cat, 1 dog, and 2 children, my house is in constant mess. I had the kids picked up the toys off the floor on their first visit and prayed for the best. When I got home and saw how clean and organized my house was, I nearly cried! I actually gave the ladies a huge hug because I was so pleased!! There were 4 of them and they were amazing. My floors were sparkling, my sink never looked so white and my bathrooms looked so new again. My initial cleaning was $300 but I tipped them extra as they went above and beyond. Of course set a schedule with them to come on a regular basis.
