I made an appointment with Rene and dropped off the car on a Monday morning at 8:30 AM... Within two hours he had called me and diagnosed all three problems with an exact estimate. I was traveling on Business and he agreed to keep the car for the entire five days until I returned. I picked up the car and everything was fixed. I was very happy. It's a 24-year-old BMW so of course, it always needs a wrench, turned or two :-) I dropped it off again this morning with René and I've already had the exact same experience. After I initially bought my truck back and asked them to run it through its paces , they did and said it was running fine, Just a reminder, I had a $5000 repair done two years ago, but I had less than 20,000 miles on the repair. My local mechanic told me that the timing chain tensioner was bleeding oil and that's the noise I heard on the start up. When I returned back the second time to let them what I found out, the owner was belligerent and told me my repair was 2 1/2 years old. I agreed but I also mentioned that it doesn't even have 20,000 miles on the repair and "is that the type of work he's going to stand behind"? He offered me to disassemble the engine and find out what was wrong. I told him it was not a mystery What was wrong? It was the timing chain Tensioner. They denied my request. I stand by what I said about Dick and the service guys. they are great. There's a reason why this owner has many poor reviews. I would never tell anyone not to utilize a business, but I want to say, if you're going here, please beware. My engine now needs to be completely disassembled and I need to spend another $5000 to get back to where I was. The world is not what it used to be

She was warm and personable and insured that a rather ancient "free oil change/tire rotation" was honored (which had been the reason I came in on ladies day, just in case it COLDN'T be honored, however 'free' was even better! I enjoyed watching the tech work on my Honda fit as though it were his own Automobile and was super pleased that I was in and out of there with my servicing complete and a full report of things to take care of in the near future and the order in which to do those things most economically thanks to Josh.
