I felt compelled to write and say that not only have I used this company for maintenance for a few years, but I have also invested a large sum of money in a new system and I chose to spend it with Metro, precisely because of their service! My final note is that I was recommended to buy something that I thought should have been included, but I paid because I trust them. I had a very good experience with Metro AC. I had to call on an emergency basis due to my AC not working in 100 degree weather and the two on call after hours dispatchers I spoke to were very professional and reassuring. I was given an estimate of when I would hear either from a tech or the dispatcher again as they were working on a another job and I was contacted within the time estimate stated by the tech, Chaz. Chaz came and diagnosed the problem, answered all of the many questions and fixed issue within a very timely manner. I felt good about my interactions and felt that pricing was fair. They were very upfront with me on pricing and weren't trying to "nickle and dime me". I am very pleased and will not look to any other area provider to service my heating and AC needs. read more

Happened twice now. I waited on Friday afternoon for a 1-3 pm appointment. I called at 1:30 pm to confirm they were coming. No return call. At 3 pm, I left, no show. If you have time to wait half your day and get a no show, this is your company. Never again. I predict they will be out of business soon. read more

These guys are SNAKES!! In 2010 they sold me a "Brand New" compressor unit. Here it is 2014 and we had our A/C serviced and come to find out its a 2006 model. Huh.... makes you wonder where it was for four years. Oh, and it was to be placed on a "Brand New $250" pad. Funny how it looks just like the chipped one thats been there since 1979. read more

We have been using Metro Air for 3 years now and they have been prompt and have completed their service with no problems. They had to re-schedule to complete their service once because of wasps in the air conditioner unit. I received a call from the company asking when would be the best time for me! I also received a call when they were headed to my house. I didn't give them 5 stars because I have to try to remember to set up appointments every 6 months and I usually forget. I did speak with them and they said they would put me on their call schedule. We will see if this works out. I've also used them to repair an older system (which only seemed to go out on holiday weekends). We were long time customers of a different heating and air condition company. When we had a problem with our unit we called them out. The responding technician said the repair would be $1000 and he would not be able to order the part until the next week. I was disappointed. His next statement of "you might as well just buy another unit" made me very suspicious as this unit was a fairly new unit. We called another company, Metro Air Condition Heating Services, to get a second opinion. The responding technician, Larry, came out and didn't find anything wrong with the unit, expect an oddly cut wire. The repair was about $80 ($920 less than the recommended repair from the other company and thousands of dollars less than an unnecessary replacement of a new central AC unit). Larry was very professional. When I shared what the prior company recommended and quoted, he simply said that was not what he was seeing as the issue and that he was glad to be able to help. Now that's a good work ethic and strong integrity. We will never go back to the old heating and air condition company we were with before Metro Air Conditioning Heating Services. We used Metro for our office building. First off, I absolutely love talking to one of the girls in the office. Being in the customer service business I love to hear a pleasant and happy voice on the other end. I really wish I remembered her name she is awesome! She makes you feel welcome and comfortable. My technician was Marvas, he was very helpful, very informative, and patient, ( I asked a lot of questions). He told me what my options were and the reasons why. I researched everything he told me and I know he didn't exaggerate or lie about anything just to get me to go with his company. Their prices are very reasonable too. Very happy with them. I was referred to this company by someone I knew.I called made an appointment and he was late,ok he finally arrives,first indicator of the service to come.The tech comes to the door and i show him the unit.I requested a check and service.He returns to the truck and gets his tool bag,remove the access panel,no gauges connected to check the refrigerant.Tech tells me my coils are dirty and need cleaning,He returns to the truck and collects his gauges and finally attaches them and asked me to turn the unit on.He goes to the truck and writes up a invoice.Returns to the house an looks at the gauges and comes inside and says the unit is operating properly.The unit hadn't run for not even five minutes and hands me the invoice for fifty bucks.This happened 5/9/17,I contacted the vendor on 5/18/17 and they would like to charge me again to come out and do what they should have done the first time and I declined.Needless to say,I will not be using this company ever again! read more
