I went here for a kids birthday party. They have separate party rooms upstairs. As soon as you walk…read morein there are digital boards that tell you which numbered room your party is in. Though there was no host at the front desk at all which was a bummer. There is a coat rack outside of room with number tags to take. The kids love it especially for the laser tag room down the hall from the rooms. The rooms are small and narrow so if you have a lot of people coming there is room acrosd from the party rooms on same floor for parents to mingle in the lounge like area. The staff for the party rooms are a great help when it comes to setting up, directing and time to eat and cake time etc.... Once you are out that room though it may be hard to contain the kids because there's is a lot to do downstairs w prepaid cards as part of the package you choose. They also have the human claw game. The reason I have it 3 stars was because there was no front desk staff and the amount of tickets you have to get to get a decent prize is ridiculous. The quality of prizes are not that great for your ticket amount and they are not very exciting. It is a great place for ages 7-12. It's like a mock version of something like Dave and Busters. Parents make sure to keep an eye on your kids because its easy to run down thr kind stairs from the party room.

My son and I come here for 1/2 off games for double the fun & we can stay for hours! The person who runs the kiosk for redemption is also super kind & helpful always when I see him! ** if you're a beer snob, they also offer Maine Lunch Beer which is such a plus!! Overall, very fun place to bring your kids and or even just come for a date night!

It's very clean and there is a lot of staff walking around making sure people are following the rules. It has a few different things including lots of climbing structures, dodgeball, soccer, ninja courses, ropes courses etc. I really enjoy all the different things and the North shore needs more new things to do with our kids especially with the summer coming up. The prices are pretty decent and I love that the place is so big and the party rooms are off to the side. Overall, I will definitely be back

One thing is for sure, there is a TON of things to do here. It was a little overwhelming for me because I wasn't super comfortable sitting around and not always seeing where the kids were (kudos to the parents who can do that). They're kids, so staying in one area longer than three minutes is impossible lol. There are different sections, lots of jumping areas, and many slides. The party area was packed. There were a lot of birthday parties happening. I noticed they have 9 party rooms, plus additional tables outside for parties without rooms, which added to how crowded it felt. At one point, they closed one of the areas because someone lost something and they had to search for it, which was inconvenient since that's where the kids were playing and were actually there longer than 3 minutes lol. There's also a lot of young (20 and under) staff working, which is interesting. They're present, but overall felt pretty hands-off, especially given how packed the place was. I also used the women's bathroom and out of 5 stalls, 4 didn't have toilet paper. The bathroom itself wasn't very clean and felt poorly maintained. When we went to get drinks, there was a long line and only one person working the front desk, so it took a while just to pay which cut into the allotted time for the kids. All that said, the kids enjoyed it. My son had been here before and wanted to come back with his cousin. He especially loves the soccer area, which was a big hit for him doing it is his favorite sport. I wouldn't say I wouldn't come back, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially with maintenance and staff being more attentive to the areas they're responsible for.

I grew up coming here, and it's wild (and wonderful) how it still delivers that same joy all these years later. The games are perfect--easy enough for kids to win and feel proud, but still fun and competitive enough for adults to get totally into it (guilty). Whether you're there for a quick game or full-blown nostalgia trip, it hits every time. The snacks are solid, the prizes are fun, and the energy is just unbeatable. It's not just an arcade--it's a memory maker. And the fact that it's kept that same feel all these years? That's rare. Still a favorite, always will be.

There's just not quite enough variety to keep things interesting for very long. The biggest frustration was the claw machines. They don't take cash or tokens--only card scans--which seems unnecessarily complicated for an arcade. The 40 tokens for $10 initially felt like a pretty good deal, until you realize a lot of the more interesting stuff, like the VR games, eats up 8 or 12 tokens at a time. Those 40 tokens disappear a lot faster than you'd think. The ticket-to-prize system is pretty standard arcade math: spend a lot, collect a little, and somehow convince yourself that the tiny plastic prize was worth the financial decisions that led you there. It's worth stopping in for an hour or two, or killing some time while you wait for your pizza to cook. But based on the hype, I was expecting a little more. It's a perfectly decent arcade, just not one that lived up to the reputation that got me through the door.
