When I go to a buffet...ANY buffet...I ONLY go at PEAK times. Lol Most buffets have plenty of seating so going at peak times isn't an issue unless you insist on having rockstar parking. Going at a peak time normally ensures you hot and fresh food. If you hit a buffet at an off peak time you are really rolling the dice. You have no idea how long that food has been sitting on the warmer... This place has never knocked my socks off, but I've never walked away hungry or feeling like I didn't get my money's worth.
