Keep in mind, they had already purchased their phone and were setting it up in line when we had arrived. I realized waiting in line 20 minutes later that we were wasting our time. A simple "we will be right with you" would have made all the difference. Unfortunately the service, and the attitude of the cold and unprofessional staff was enough for me to leave. It was unfortunate because I was planning on upgrading and purchasing a $1000 phone. Take your money elsewhere and avoid this one at all cost.
