They had a cartridge in stock, but based on what I told…read morethem, they told me that it was more likely that I needed to clean the cartridge contacts in the printer, not that the cartridge (which I had bought online) was bad. They also told me I could return the new cartridge I bought from them if their suggestion worked. It did! Perfectly, but I am keeping the new cartridge as a spare.
