I missed this in my initial conversation. That's a huge red flag. I don't know of another internet provider that charges for installation. The guy came out on a Sunday and got me hooked up or so I thought. Not long after he left it stopped working but due to my schedule it took them two weeks to get back. They finally got it working- speed was as promised. Then I got my bill - my $24.95/ month was no where on the bill. After 30 minutes on the made the adjustments. We'll see how things go from here

The gentleman on the phone gave me instructions as to what to return and sent me a label for the modem that I needed to ship back. All I had to do was package the modem, put the label on and take it to a Fed Ex drop off. Shipping was paid for by WOW. TheY where unhelpful and even they disconnected calls , trying to place all burden on other teams (which in 3+ hours you can imagine we called everyone ! ) what was the amazing to see was all the teamwork, resourcefulness and problem-solving capabilities!!! despite how I felt about T-Mobile's phone customer service they're in person service rock ! Good to know next time to just walk in and get them to engage in conversation and then you get serviced while the poor suckers who got on the list rot in the corner. Bad look on a local level for a National brand. And no, we never got service and had to leave to keep other appointments. Total time spent 60 mins, nothing accomplished other than this post.

I was reluctant to try this internet service as I was afraid it would turn out to be like all the other services I had in the past which is a lot and the totally unreliable services I got from the ones in the past but I gave them a shot and chose the cheapest package they had and to my surprise they wound up being the best of all. Even at $59.95 a month I can run my online weather station 24 / 7 plus run all 3 of our TV's, play games on our phones, run our computers and laptops and our tablets at a comfortable pace with no problems whatsoever. We have had 3 strong storms come through here and the first thing I thought was oh boy we're gonna lose our power and internet but to my surprise our internet never even missed a beat. All in all, they exceeded my expectations completely. Well done guys keep up the awesome work you do.

This location is not the best in the morning. I went to replace my current phone due to a bad…read morebattery. When I first walked in, I was not acknowledged or welcomed. After about 10 minutes an associate came out the back and finally assisted me. Because I am still in my parents' account, I had to call them to get me added, which took about 15 minutes, but the associate that was helping me left me there for about 20 minutes. When he was there, he was great, just wasn't a fan of being left for long periods of time.
