I was reluctant to try this internet service as I was afraid it would turn out to be like all the other services I had in the past which is a lot and the totally unreliable services I got from the ones in the past but I gave them a shot and chose the cheapest package they had and to my surprise they wound up being the best of all. Even at $59.95 a month I can run my online weather station 24 / 7 plus run all 3 of our TV's, play games on our phones, run our computers and laptops and our tablets at a comfortable pace with no problems whatsoever. We have had 3 strong storms come through here and the first thing I thought was oh boy we're gonna lose our power and internet but to my surprise our internet never even missed a beat. All in all, they exceeded my expectations completely. Well done guys keep up the awesome work you do.

After about 10 minutes an associate came out the back and finally assisted me. Because I am still in my parents' account, I had to call them to get me added, which took about 15 minutes, but the associate that was helping me left me there for about 20 minutes. When he was there, he was great, just wasn't a fan of being left for long periods of time.

She is now an older teenager and we both no longer wanted to share the ID but she didn't want to lose her photos. We ordered phones through the store and Chris was a tremendous help in fixing this issue when the phones came in. In the past upgrades we had tried separating them by giving her a new Apple ID, Chris wasn't there then, and we ended up sharing my ID again because the pictures disappeared. That person at the time did not have the time nor willingness to help us through it. Although time consuming, a little more than 2 hours, Chris patiently helped us with this issue and we are happy with our new phones! We were able to trade in our old phones, erased, to get discounts on our phone bill without any hesitation. It has been worth every dollar going to this store because Chris was there to help us every step of the way.
