I recently moved to Huntsville after switching to Verizon , and boyyyyyyy am I sad that I switched now . Not because of T-Mobile itself but because the team and atmosphere!!!! I worked with Cam and Manger Sam , it took the over 3 hours to get my numbers ported to the new carrier. Speaking with T-Mobile customer service /RSL was the absolute worse!!! TheY where unhelpful and even they disconnected calls , trying to place all burden on other teams (which in 3+ hours you can imagine we called everyone ! ) what was the amazing to see was all the teamwork, resourcefulness and problem-solving capabilities!!! despite how I felt about T-Mobile's phone customer service they're in person service rock ! Store was busy bit it took one of the reps over 10 mins to even check us in. She stated 20-30 minute wait. 50 mins later and after people who had not checked in, walked in and asked for "help" or had "a quick question" we sat and knew this was gonna extend into another 30-40 mins wait based on the conversations being had with the walk-ins. Good to know next time to just walk in and get them to engage in conversation and then you get serviced while the poor suckers who got on the list rot in the corner. Bad look on a local level for a National brand. And no, we never got service and had to leave to keep other appointments. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I saw one of the staff members being so rude to a Hispanic woman whose English wasn't the best. The associate Teshia Smith basically told the lady to go to another store like Walmart bc she couldn't understand her. I couldn't believe it, and the lady was so sweet. When she began helping me of course her attitude was the same. I asked her about one of their new iPhones and she had the worst attitude. Some people just don't need to be in customer service. There's an AT&T super close if you want to be treated fair, please save your time and just go there. read more

This review is strictly about the Madison location Tmobile on Brookridge drive. I was lied to about the value of a trade in by a CSR wannabe at the store named Nathan. He's the tatted up, pierced nose and pierced lipped, fast talking employee, and BOLD FACED liar. He valued my trade in at $500 and I asked him to double and triple check because I don't like surprises or having a product or service misrepresented. He SWORE that would be my trade in value. Fast forward to my next bill and Tmobile is only giving me a $400 credit. First of all, this is NOT about the money, but the principle of being LIED to by a Dishonest salesperson. I was in sales for many years and never had to lie to be one of the top producers. Anyway, this guy Nathan, knowingly LIED to my face about my trade in value and should be terminated or maybe go work at a factory or a business where he doesn't have to work with the public. I've called Tmobile corporate and eventhough I explained in depth being lied to, they call it a miscommunication and won't honor the deal one of their employees made. This tells me alot about Tmobile as a company and I know karma will take care of Nathan for lying to customers. After struggling with Verizon during its 3-year union dust-up, I switched to T-Mobile. More phone options (before T-Mobile bought SPRINT and AT&T bought T-Mobile) and personal help with some technical and billing questions. When the local office was stumped on a billing question, the HQ and Washington, DC office called me to help resolve the issue. Thought this kind of service died with Facebook. I used to go here all the time to get minutes add to my phone. I got a phone from this location before. Anyways, at this time, I was getting minutes. Most of the time, it's semi busy. Maybe one customer in front of you. Since I hate doing it myself (adding minutes) I always made them do it. Mostly the store is run by two staff members most of the day. I think two or three might be gay, but who knows. At less, they are great with their jobs. read more

Worst service ever. I have been a customer for 16 years. My phone was running slow. I went to the store and they told me that my phone would no longer take the upgrades. so they told me of a promo to buy a new phone and get one free. They also told me i could get a military discount. Went home got the wife and went back. Long story short. only way to get the military discount is to close my account of 16 years and open it up in my name instead of my wife's. Was quoted that i had to pay $440.00 that day toward the phones. Since then i have written a letter to the home office, talk to 3 reps of the company and was made a couple of offers to stay but it would cost me a ton of money to get the new phones. No loyalty for a customer of 16 years. read more

T-Mobile has more options & better service reps than ATT. The cost is reasonable.
