He was personable, patient, and truly went the extra mile to help my boyfriend and me understand the entire process of transferring our lines and everything that came along with it. He took the time to explain each step clearly, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. What could have easily been a confusing or stressful experience was made so much easier because of his knowledge, patience, and willingness to help. This location is not the best in the morning. I went to replace my current phone due to a bad battery. When I first walked in, I was not acknowledged or welcomed. After about 10 minutes an associate came out the back and finally assisted me. Because I am still in my parents' account, I had to call them to get me added, which took about 15 minutes, but the associate that was helping me left me there for about 20 minutes. When he was there, he was great, just wasn't a fan of being left for long periods of time. read more

I've been with T-Mobile for almost 4 years on a plan by myself and I decided its time for my fiance and I to share an account. We went in, got her a Galaxy S7 Edge and she loves it, the associate was very professional, kind and helpful I believe her name was Krystal. A couple weeks go by and my new bill was outrageously over priced and incorrect. I was being charged on $310.10 for the new TMobile One plan with the two devices w/ insurance. When I knew this was a mistake, I called the call center and the person I spoke to about this issue was making it very confusing and couldn't help me understand the math behind the final total. Since that wasn't working out, we decided to go to the store where we purchased the new phone and plan to see if they could break it down and explain it to us in person. A very well mannered gentlemen by the name of Ross, came out, worked out the math on a piece of paper to figure out why this bill was at this extremely high amount. As being confused as I was, he decided to call the call center himself and speak to someone just as I did the night before. After finding out that I was being double billed and incorrect charges were made to my account, from upgrading my plan, he also concluded with the call center that they were still incorrect with their math, even after explaining the algorithm and solution of what it should have been. Ross could have given up and just tell me that there was nothing he could do, but instead provided outstanding integrity to his customer and chose the moral thing to do. We needed to upgrade a phone on our account and change the plan. We walked in at a pretty busy time. The bulk of their smartphones are displayed along one wall. But what you might not know unless you walk around is that they have a few of them turned on and displayed on other tables. Luckily, both phones in consideration were available as a demo. Our associate claimed to be a walking specs guru. I'm always hesitant to trust in their memory - more so since he couldn't recall the internal and SD storage specs. We disagreed about the phone costs and rebates. I read the signs that said the phone costed $199 and in smaller print below, it said "$249, $50 mail-in rebate". I interpreted this as $199 after the mail-in rebate. He kept trying to convince me that the cost of the phone was $299 and it would be $249 with the mail-in rebate. He rang it up and it was $249 without the rebate. Our associate also had issues changing our plan. After multiple tries, he had to change our plan bit by bit, making one minor change after another. In the meantime, he had me sign off on each change which made me a little worried that he might not know what he was doing. In the end, he got the plan changed; though I had to verify it with T-Mobile customer service a few days later when I saw weird numbers on my online account and one of our other phone's SIM became unregistered. The stores are great because the phones are available for demos which is usually not the case with other satellite retailers. Research the phone specs beforehand and be prepared to wait if you need to change your plan. Next time, I'll try changing the plan online. read more

Set an appointment for 1:30. Walked in on time, was ignored for 10 minutes even tho the service person I had the appt with was sitting right in front of me. Still sitting and waiting, but not for much longer. What's the point of setting an appointment? Poor customer service. read more

**shoppers beware** I adjusted my plan and they forgot to add on "unlimited texting" My next bill was over $300. They admitted it was their error, but said they could not fix the problem until I paid the bill. I was enraged. I paid the bill and was reimbursed a month later. They directed me to John Legere, the rude, cursing CEO of T-Mobile. He was vile and unpleasant, dismissive and unapologetic. T Mobile is, quite simply, the worst. Shoppers beware. read more
