The list goes on! The expectations have been consistently surpassed!!…read moreI have had to go in frequently to this location and this crew is unlike many others. I came in on a Wednesday night of last week and to my surprise available and not super busy. As I was there, just before the next hour, more clients swarmed in. -Hilaria, Derek and Brian were pleasantly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Love seeing the same faces. Today, this week, I went in and met with Elizabeth who was very attentive, accommodating and supportive. This team works really well with each other. I am a very happy client! Huge thank you and job well done

1 Star -- Check Your Bill VERY Carefully…read more We had an extremely frustrating experience here and feel taken advantage of. Our bill included accessories and add-ons that were never disclosed, never explained, and never authorized by us. These charges were quietly added without our knowledge, which is unacceptable. Pricing was not transparent, and by the time we noticed, the total was far higher than what we were verbally quoted. When we questioned the charges, there was no clear explanation or accountability -- just vague responses and no real resolution. This feels like a business model that relies on customers not paying close attention to their bill. If you go here, scrutinize every line item, ask questions upfront, and don't assume you're only being charged for what you agreed to. Overpriced, misleading, and stressful. We won't be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. T-Mobile faces multiple allegations and lawsuits regarding overcharging, including hidden fees, unauthorized charges ("cramming"), and, recently, price hikes on older, "price-locked" plans. Customers have reported, and lawsuits have alleged, that T-Mobile has used deceptive, fraudulent, and predatory billing practices, resulting in thousands of dollars in overcharges for some, according to T-Mobile Community forums (https://www.t-mobile.com/community/discussions/android/predatory-and-fraudulent/195538) and The US Sun (https://www.the-sun.com/money/12395769/t-mobile-overcharged-outraged-customer-service/).

I gather that for the most part Verizon just wanted to get out of that business for some reason. In theory I am fine with that concept since I fired verizon for consistent overcharging for cell service and selling me products I did not need. But I did not have internet nor TV cable service from them. I am kind of glad I did not, but I was not that impressed with Comcast Cable either, where I used to live. Once moving to the desert and after signing a contract with frontier in 92345 zip code for $55 per month (basic cable TV and internet) I discovered that Frontier never provides service for that amount. "Sur-charges" including "broadcast TV" amount to $25 and the router and DVR each cost about $17 per month. Apparently the field service people discourage using your own router/modem since it is convenient to blame that unit for anything that goes wrong. At least comcast did not expect everyone to rent their routers. In any case my current billing base rate is $126 and I do not recall having made a contract which approved that amount. Maybe it is their "new" price after the 2 year introductory rate or something. An "introductory price" is basically an excuse to bait-and-switch and appears to be a common industry tactic. Meanwhile we have supposedly 200Mbit fiber optic internet service; never mind that "fiber optic" does not determine the SPEED of the connection (rather the endpoints do) and other reviews I have seen suggest similar displeasure with "faster" gigabit-service which I assume is even more expensive and apparently does not deliver either. I did try to contact frontier about their deceptive advertising and exorbitant billing rate (and we have the cheapest cable TV service they sell), which is still priced beyond what it is worth. Obviously someone is making money. Engine net searches suggest that Frontier has actually been in chapter 11 since about 2010 and despite that continues to provide service. Obviously they do not have to do a very good job of it, since they have virtual monopolies in the areas were cities have made deals with them I guess. Our local alternative appears to be Spectrum but I do not think their reputation is any better. I would be interested in other opinions about this set of issues.

A member of our congregation set up a greeting that said our church was closed and to just leave a message. That congregant has moved away and we've been struggling with changing the phone message since. We have now been open for approximately a year-and-a-half and we wanted to have a phone greeting that reflected that message. Our NEC system is 30-years old but it's just like its members -- oldies but goodies. Thank you, Mike, for being so patient. You have literally been a Godsend.

Several years ago I met Mike on a job and noticed his ability to run cable even to the most difficult locations. Everything was neat, clean and professional, so we exchanged business cards. Over the past several years, I have referred numerous customers to Mike and used his services personally on many occasions including my office. Not only is the work done in a timely manner, but every jack is labeled, terminated and tested. He even leaves several brand new spare patch cables! What a pleasure it is to come out to a job that has been cabled by Mike "The Phone Guy" and simply plug everything in and it works the first time. On several occasions I have referred Mike to customers with very expensive homes that required the highest professionalism for the installation and every job was done with surgical expertise, customer always pleased as punch, makes my job easier and don't let me forget to say that Mike is a licensed contractor, so you don't have to worry about some shady work that never gets completed. The only thing left I have to say is.. If you need a cabling job done right the first time, then I would absolutely without hesitation recommend you call Mike "The Phone Guy". He is an honest, hard-working professional whom I have dealt with for more than 15 years. Mike... YOU ROCK MIKE!!!
