The fact that they charge a restocking fee of $50 when you cancel service is ridiculous. I will never use this company again!!!!

He is so patient and kind in his explanation (not all of us are tech savvy) he also went 100% above and beyond for us in helping to ensure our event had the connectivity we needed to be successful. I will recommend this company to all of our contacts! Chris, you are an awesome human being, and btw it was a pleasure meeting your son today as well. Thank you kind sir, for all of your hard work. May your business flourish!

I reached out to Empire Satellites Inc after looking online for someone to install my new Starlink dish. Chris responded promptly via text from a different number (red flag number one). Quoted a price for the install - $349, which I thought was reasonable. Set up an appointment for the same day at 2:30pm. At 3:00 get a text that he we will be "couple of hours late" (red flag number two). OK, no problem. Finally shows up at 6:10pm. Started to look around the house to find a good location to mount the dish. Settle on a tall side gable (single story house), but his ladder is only 18', so he says that that's as high as he can mount it, not at the gable apex. Not ideal, but OK. Casually mentions that he charges an extra $100 for the "attic work" (major red flag number three). As if most people expect to have wires hanging on their exterior walls? I don't argue, but at this point I am really expecting to see stellar work quality, above and beyond attention to detail. This is where things really go to shit. Chris gets up to the facia and starts mounting the dish in a mount that I provided. I am looking from below and clearly can see that the mount is not plumb and is wobbling, as he puts three lugnut screws through the facia. He assures me that it is plenty stable. Red flag number four. Drills a hole through the wall for the cable and goes inside the house to fish for it in the attic. In the meantime, I get up the ladder and take a picture of the mount. It is clearly not fully bolted to the facia, with one of the bolts screwed at a 45 degree angle. The thing wobbles like crazy. Thirty minutes later, and two more holes in the ceiling plate from the attic, the cable is still not down to the final location, despite the fact that 5 extra ethernet cables were routed through the same wall from the attic by my electrician a few weeks before. Chris offers to surface mount the wire to the wall in the finished pantry room - ugliest, laziest install ever. Red flag number five. This is when I say "that's enough" and kick him out of my house. He is genuinely surprised when I offer to pay him only $250 for the horrendous job he did, and not the full $450 he was expecting. Before he leaves, he blames me for providing a bad mount for the dish, and tries to upsell his own mount for $100. Unbelievable. I have worked with dozens of subs int he last two years while building my house, and know my way around tools and trades. This was one of the worst experiences. The guy has the worst work ethic and zero integrity.

I recently, 4 months ago purchase two phones and the home internet from the store on Mt Vernon in San Bernardino. Every month, for the last 4 months i have been paying ass high up amounts of $300 $183 and $93. Nothing equivalent matches up to what I thought I should have been paying, so anyway long story short I was told by customer service that I have been paying for two phones a home internet and a tablet which was never received by me, along with financing and services for that tablet. Now, to end my relationship with T-Mobile I would have to pay up to $900. The representative who sold me my services no longer works for T-Mobile and I wonder, WHY? Luis the associate in the store today has just informed me that there was nothing they can do ABOUT REMOVING THIS DEVICE AND REIMBURSING EVERYTHING I SHELLED OUT. every month after. I've got no help they're pretty much telling me that I'm stuck with paying for this f.... device excuse my language and it's finance charges and it's services and if I cancel I would have to pay that amount. I find this totally unacceptable and thought you consumers should know. I hope this doesn't happen to you. Fyi , in respects to Metro I got additional charges from them too and got really pissed off and left them to go to T-Mobile the whole franchise are crooked and ripping us all off can you imagine Tmobile ripping everyone off in small increments that we hardly notice. It's ripping us off and is unfair. If anyone has had and experience, or something like this happen to you, let's bond together and begin a class action law suit against Tmobile and physically get out money back. I'm sure the higher ups can figures this out. It's hard enough and can barely afford to take care of our families. We can't allow this to carry on. Thanks everyone.

Several years ago I met Mike on a job and noticed his ability to run cable even to the most difficult locations. Everything was neat, clean and professional, so we exchanged business cards. Over the past several years, I have referred numerous customers to Mike and used his services personally on many occasions including my office. Not only is the work done in a timely manner, but every jack is labeled, terminated and tested. He even leaves several brand new spare patch cables! What a pleasure it is to come out to a job that has been cabled by Mike "The Phone Guy" and simply plug everything in and it works the first time. On several occasions I have referred Mike to customers with very expensive homes that required the highest professionalism for the installation and every job was done with surgical expertise, customer always pleased as punch, makes my job easier and don't let me forget to say that Mike is a licensed contractor, so you don't have to worry about some shady work that never gets completed. The only thing left I have to say is.. If you need a cabling job done right the first time, then I would absolutely without hesitation recommend you call Mike "The Phone Guy". He is an honest, hard-working professional whom I have dealt with for more than 15 years. Mike... YOU ROCK MIKE!!!
