Anthony provided good service in my previous home wiring up IP cameras, so naturally I decided to use his services in my new home too. I contacted him back in June of this year and wanted two ethernet lines ran for some IP cameras. Initially, we couldn't figure out where exactly the failure points were because testing was giving us conflicting information. Data should've been getting through and the ethernet was receiving signals, but internet was still down. We were having problems with Spectrum's modem for our phone lines when we moved into our new office. Anthony came the same day in the evening and was able to get 1 line to work, after 7 phone calls and working with their technical department. There was a problem with Spectrum's modem. After 20 years in business, and moving to 4 different office locations, there has always been an issue porting numbers over or some problem with the phone provider at the initial setup. So, we decided to use VOIP for our phone system, and Anthony provides that service. He came the next day, Sunday night, and set up the 3 VOIP phones within 1 hour. It took him a while 40 minutes to look in the attic and plan. It took him another hour and a half to install the cable and get it connected.
