Or you can cancel and lose the promotional " deal " smh I swear people these days are never upfront with stuff. I'm pretty sure AT&T are fine with this type of crap. Just dishonest people...

The lady helping us was a slightly chubby woman with crooked box braids. The entire time she was "helping" us, she was frustrated at herself because she couldn't complete the order for the phone, and gave my dad and sister attitude due to a language barrier. Eventually she gave up and returned our phones to us with half ass instructions basically telling us to do it ourselves and not come back. Her nails were also very ugly and left marks on phone. 0 stars. Go to a different T-Mobile.

When I tried to call Metro of course there's nobody available due to covid. So I feel like not only did my phone not get fixed but now I'm out $45 and I still can't send text messages!!
