Apparently they have you sign a slip with extra small fine type and claimed NO refund was due. So I paid for a month, all the phone taxes and set up fees for NOTHING. In my opinion FRAUD, A and MISREPRESENTATION was committed. I will be contacting FCC, and SAC County D.A. YES Samall claims is possible too, but throwing good $ after bad.
