She honesty gave her best customer service, usually when I stop by a phone store they usually don't know what they are selling but Melissa most definitely did!! Honestly I did not know so much about phones until she really taught us about how each phone can help us. And my little brother was excited the whole time we were there, and same goes for me and she understood the time crunch I was in and did not hesitate or change her service or attitude she was very friendly the whole time and professional. Honestly it's hard to find workers like her that can give you excellent service and fast service as well she honestly deserves more than a 5 star review. They had informed me that the only way that I could get the new iPhone 16 was to give them $100 in cash in order to save a spot for me. After being confused I ask them why did it have to be in cash and they couldn't explain why... But I then asked to see if there was any way that we could get a receipt for the hundred dollars and the guy said nope there was no way for them to do that. So one seems like he just wanted to pocket the cash... He was trying to also sell me a screensaver and he said that they are $50, but if we do cash, he can do it for $25... Again he wanted to pocket the cash... We actually decided to call another metro PCS and they said that this location gets a lot of bad rep, and to always avoid this location.

I went back the next day to buy the package, another employee called employee answered me, but before I asked again if my device was compatible. She answered yes. So I bought it, she put the sim card in. Meanwhile the value was supposed to be 67$ total she gave me a discount of 22$ , I thought, how strange! As I left the store, I sent a message to my son and daughter-in-law telling them to save the number. The message did not go through. I returned to the store at the same moment, and the clerk said, "I think the problem was the phone, and I asked her to refund the amount I paid. She asked me to come back the next day, and if it was the problem with the handset, she would give me a handset from her house, almost new. When I got home, I told my son and daughter-in-law. The sim card didn't work in any of the devices, it had no activation. The next day I went to the store to ask for a chargeback of my 45$ that was charged. Her boss, changed the sim card, no good, it didn't work. I asked for my money back, in the meantime, the boss went out and did not return, I asked her, she said that she would have to come back the next day, so that the boss could solve the problem and pay the 45$. As they did not resolve, I called the police, they registered an occurrence, and did not come, because it was a civil case. I received the number of the occurrence. They didn't want to solve it! I went back to the store for the third time with my son, the next day, who left his job to solve it. We were humiliated, and they even called the police, saying that we were harassing Jenifer, she was shaking when she spoke, but we were calm, because I don't owe anything to anyone. As they changed the sim card, I was left with the number, so the policeman went to ask for the number, but they gave the previous number, not the current sim card number. So far I have not received anything, I paid cash. I hope people will be careful, not to be cheated like I was.
