My iPhone wasn't charging anymore so I took it into a shop and, without even looking at it, they said they would have to replace the charger port and it would cost $200 and take over an hour. So I shopped around for 5 minutes and got on the phone w Aaron. He said to bring it in and he would check the prongs or see if the charger was just dirty and fix it for $25. He also said if the charger port did indeed need replacing it would only cost $130. Well, turns out the port just needed a good cleaning. He had it fixed in 5 minutes and it was only $25. Bruno is a super honest guy. Contacted him about a quote to fix my XS Max screen. A crack had come on it and I was really afraid of getting water in and destroying it. Bruno ordered the screen and was ready to do it the next day. He's communication was top notch. I brought up my phone to him to get it fixed and he took a look at it. He told me it would be okay, and no water would get in. He told me to save the money and leave it. If more cracks appear bring it back. Cracked my iPhone screen. Bruno returned my request for estimate within minutes and I got the repair done the same day, which just took 20 minutes or so. However, my screen started acting weird in about 3 months or so - started jumping around, opening and closing apps by itself and not responding to touches, but no physical damage. I had an incredible experience with wireless repair. I originally brought my phone in for a screen replacement which was easy and seamless. But then after a day I started experiencing problems with the battery and charging so I brought it back to be checked out. Turns out there was a part missing from a previous screen replacement at another place years ago! He ordered the part and was able to fix the problem super easily and was kind of enough to not charge even though he wasn't the one to cause the problem to begin with. Hopefully I won't have any more problems that require me to go back to wireless repair, but if I ever do have phone problems it will be the first place I think of! read more
