    it was a pleasure to be serviced by mark…read more he took care of my old iPhone (se2), prescribing a solution and disclosing a competitive price before service began. overall service took about 20 min in and out. i actually came while he was occupied with a client offsite (which is at no point a fault at all), and decided to wait until he got back, and he was professional in handling the compensation. mark is very accommodating, offering me a beverage while i waited, and giving me a ride home since i ubered to the store. we had small talk during the drop off and it is clear that he is an earnest man. i made sure to tip him for the experience, and i am completely satisfied with the experience at pcs connection.

I had purchased one…read moreof those "waterproof" phone pouches from Amazon to capture some underwater footage, but unfortunately water got inside and my phone started having issues the next day. I found Mark through Yelp and decided to give him a try based on his great reviews and the fact that he was local. He was able to diagnose the problem, replace the necessary parts and get my phone working again, saving me the expense and hassle of buying a new one. The repair was completed quickly and so far everything is working well. I'm hopeful it continues to hold up long-term. Thanks again, Mark, for helping save my phone and all the data on it!

When I came back to get it replaced, both managers I dealt with were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they had an attitude and made the process frustrating for no reason. What made it even worse was that when I expressed my frustration, they told me it was "okay to leave a bad Yelp review," which just shows how little they care about their customers. As a customer, I expected basic respect and proper service--especially when dealing with a defective product--but that was not the case here. Very poor customer service experience, and I would not recommend this location.

Quite frankly, the staff is unprofessional, lazy, and not attentive. They could two s**** about anything you say and really don't care if they solve your problem or not. that's not even the worst of it the worst of it. I was able to find a solution and suggest a few options on an issue I was having before two of the employees were even being able to figure it out. Once they heard some type of obstacle that they were going to send me off my. After about 1 minutes I was able to provide OPTIONS, like a normal retail store would do, and I figured it out. How was it possible that someone who's never worked at T-Mobile (Me) find and provide options and avenues to overcome a problem offer and suggestions like you're supposed to do in retail? These employees, see one problem and then default to tell you to leave. I have gone here twice and every time I've had a horrible horrible experience. I have even decided to drive all the way to Sports Arena from La Jolla because of it. I don't want to call out a specific employee, so I will say this "I suggest management look at a your employees, and really discuss with them, that customer service is NOT for them, and make some changes" Pretty embarrassing as T-Mobile has been with me for a very long time. And my family and the service the phone provides is too good to leave. But this store, oh, I'm never coming back. I'll spend the gas money to go elsewhere where maybe I can get a " Hello, how can I help you" instead of an Old man grumbling under his breath telling you to leave because he can't sign in on a laptop.
