He has signs posted so you know you are in the right place. Ring the doorbell and he'll open the garage door and meet you at the garage (COVID?). He's quick. He did a screen and battery change and quoted an hour to get them both done. I arrived back a bit early and he was ready with a shiny new screen ready for me. Flat rate for both on an iPhone XS $198 plus tax and I'm ready for my trip with a phone that won't let me down. Fast, friendly and it all appears good quality work. Looks and feels like new. Oh, and he responded right away. I handed him my phone within 30 minutes after he opened, so he was able to get me fixed up on no notice.

Later I realized that sales tax in Seattle is 10.25%, so my total bill should have been around $110, not $120. Buyer beware!

Had a trip in 2 days where I needed the laptop, so wasted those 2 days trying to get it fixed at the Apple Store (original installer was in the hospital so although ethical, of no help, & he would have had to order the part, more time than I had). I wasted at least 5 hours dealing w/ Apple, when they finally got me in (2 trips there, 1 1/2 hr wait per) they wanted 10 days & more $ than Jet City, who I called the next day & they got me in immediately. Nice people, great location, even had coffee & tea onsite (I waited part of the time). They already came recommended, just wish I hadn't wasted all that time trying to work w/ the Mac "mothership" (or better yet, goine to them for the 1st replacement, & paid more attention).
