I went back to Thumbtack and got another company to come get my stuff within an hour. I recommend you do too!

DO NOT waste your time and get your iPhone screen fixed/replaced here!!!…read more I went in to get my screen fixed after the original screen cracked.The first screen put in was absolutely horrible, the screen was lagging, color was off and the screen would go dark out of nowhere. I went in to repair that issue which he replaced the screen with another one. The second screen wasn't as bad and I could live with even though it had similar issue as the previous screen. Not even a month later my phone started tweaking after a very small fall which prior to getting my screen fixed that type of fall wouldn't have effected my phone at all. The screen started disappearing and eventually went completely black as if the phone was off. I went in to have it checked and see how it could be that severe of a damage when the screen is "new".I told me that something was wrong and that had to get the screen fixed AGAIN. At that point i knew I wasn't going to let him fix my screen again and I ended up going to the Apple store. Once there, I was told that the tech (at Blue Cable) that fixed my screen messed up when replacing my screen and that I would have to replace the whole entire phone. To wrap this up I have to pay almost $500 to replace my phone plus the $250 I spent to get it fixed (at Blue Cable), all because of a shitty job. You are better off going to the Apple store and pay the extra amount to have the REAL professionals get the work done and avoid any further costly issues. P.s This review has nothing to do with the customer service as the tech was a kind person. This review is based off the quality of work received.

Wow, they didn't call Fastsigns for no reason, they were indeed fast. Communication was super easy…read moreover email as I don't have time to stop by in person or be on the phone during waking business hours, they were very responsive. I thought it was straight forward to upload a logo and have it made, but it's a whole extensive process on their end with many options for material which overwhelmed me, luckily they have worked with other tenants in my building to know exactly the glass door that it is going on to determine size, what material to print it on, etc. I don't trust myself to install it and have it be straight, so good thing they offer installations also! I'm so happy with the logo that my client designed for me and Fastsign was able to create it to life, all my clients have been really liking it too, they are able to see it right when they walk in the building since I'm in a corner. I very rarely write reviews, especially about companies in my own industry, but my experience with…read morethis FastSigns was unprecedented and shocking. I have worked with a high number of sign companies during the past 11 years, owning a sign company myself, in outsourcing services to them. This experience was a very first for me. The ownership here has demonstrated questionable business practices, and a massive lack of support for their staff, leaving me feeling empathic to the individual they had communicating with me. Clearly the employee had little to no support from ownership, asking the employee to do things I would never ask of my own team. This is what happened: FastSigns of Bellevue was hired to install signage we shipped to them. The scope was for two locations. They were given two opportunities to quote the job based on preliminary information (opportunity 1) and then confirmed information (opportunity 2). We paid the requested deposits we were sent for both install quotes. We lined up shipping a pallet to them and let them know the expected arrival date. The install date was scheduled. On the arrival date of the pallet, FastSigns closed early without notifying anyone. The pallet couldn't deliver. This delayed the installation by 3 additional days after the initial install date and pushed it to the final allowed date by our client. The day before the new install date, FastSigns called stating the quote was no longer valid as they misunderstood the scope. They needed to charge me over 100% more (yes more than double) than was quoted if I wanted them to proceed. They already had the signs in their possession. My client's deadline was now the new date of install (the next day), giving me little choice to make any other arrangements. We conceded to splitting the increase with them - they had our signs and the client's deadline wasn't moving so I needed to keep integrity with my client. The install date was Friday. As part of paying the increase, it was agreed that both locations would be completed that day. The day before the installation, I questioned the people power they were putting behind the installation, doubting it will get done in one day. They insisted it would be ok. On the day of install (Friday), FastSigns didn't complete the install - only completing one of the locations. They requested to go back the following Monday. Again, we had no choice. The day after the installation (Saturday - when we were not open), we get an email from FastSigns saying they require payment in full if they are to return on Monday. If we didn't pay before Monday, they would not return to complete the work. Thankfully, I happened to be working briefly that day. The invoices were paid. Again, we had little choice as we needed to keep our client happy. The installation was completed but with the second location having significant issues to the installation. FastSigns was notified on June 2 of these issues. They thankfully, finally went back on June 9 to fix them. I reached out to FastSigns corporate in order to investigate these business practices with them and report this information to them. I have yet to receive a response after multiple attempts.

I called this company around 12:30PM on a Friday and DeeDee, their office manager called me back immediately and arranged for Donn, their estimator, to come out at 4:00PM. Donn took moisture readings and found that there was so little moisture that we didn't need a claim to our insurance company. That was good news as this was a brand new bathroom (4 years ago). I was very concerned that I couldn't dry the cabinet quickly enough to avoid moisture causing a future mold problem. He said that the fan that we already had setup blowing air into the sink cabinet would be adequate. While our flood didn't result in any demo and/or construction work, I was so impressed with how professional their response to my problem. I know a fast response to flood issues is a very important thing to minimize damage. So, for this part, this company has that together and so professional. Thank you 911 Restoration!

We had a couple roof leaks that turned into major damage of walls, insulation, ceiling, and…read morehardwood floors. Donn from 911 Restoration in Bellevue managed the entire project for us, including dealing with the insurance company. Because our floors had to be refinished, we had to move everything out of our main floor and be out of the house for several weeks. Donn coordinated all of the work (movers, floor refinishers, wall and ceiling repairs, painting, cleanup, etc.), made sure it all got done on time, and came in on budget. Our only issue was the time it took to get some of the final painting finished, which was delayed due to the shortage of good painters. We appreciate the great job that Donn and 911 did to manage our project, and would recommend them without reservation.

Over a month later, I finally got the phone back (I had been to get it 5 times already) and he said he couldn't fix it. So I took it to an actual Samsung repair place and they showed me that the problem was obviously the battery (mine was swollen), that he'd pulled a bunch of wires and covers off the board (probably when he thought he'd fixed "my" phone but it turned out he put parts of my phone into another Samsung, this happened the 3rd time I had come to get it). Now instead of a $75 battery replacement, I needed a new battery and motherboard, which would run me over $400. I WISH I had been smart enough to avoid this rinky dink business and just taken it in to a place that actually specializes in fixing phones. Don't make the same mistake as me!!!
