He doesn't run a walk-in shop like some other PC repair places. Therefore you have to call and make an appointment, or text him to communicate. He does take credit card payments online. He's fairly knowledgeable about PCs and repairing, so you can count on his expertise. If you need to replace any of the parts, keep in mind that there are additional costs to order and install the parts (as expected), so you need to consider the value of repairing the machine as opposed to buying something new. Since my machine ended up being old, the cost of repair wasn't worth it. It was however, a benefit for the peace of mind that nothing else could be worked on so I didn't have to waste any further time. Overall, I do recommend Richard for his services.

I agreed to order the white iPhone 13 pro since they didn't have it in store. We went over estimated costs and he was very helpful and transparent. My phone had a crack on the front and he said it was fine, all I had to do was turn it in to them in order to get the promo. A couple weeks go by and he calls me in to set up the phone, yay right? I go in and he asks me if the crack on my phone is new and that I won't qualify for the promo until I fix my screen. So now I have to fix my screen when I could've been doing that in the 2 weeks I was waiting for the phone to come in. I then walk home and have no text messaging and cannot call anyone. I walk back to the store and they're like oh yeah sorry we just got done fixing that (didn't say I wouldn't have any access). So I check while there, still not working. Come to find out a number was incorrectly put in. Finally I have my phone back and walk home. I check my billing online and it says I will be charged an activation fee of $35. So I call the location and Nathan sounded annoyed and he told me there was nothing he could do and I'd have to call Verizon. Literally 1.5 hour hold time. I'm laughing writing this because I haven't experienced such a headache like this in a long time. Y'all are nice but come on. I was literally the only person in your building. I don't know if this is lack of training or negligence but I definitely felt frustrated that my entire Saturday was spent dealing with this that I'm not even going to upgrade anymore. I heartily recommend Daniel's work. He gave my ten-year-old Macbook Pro a new lease on life. Now I…read moredon't need to pay 2 arms and 2 legs for a new laptop in the middle of the 2026 rampocalypse. Daniel was able to replace a dead, swollen battery and a bad speaker, at a price which I considered reasonable, and with amazing speed (considering that those items are glued into the top case of the laptop). He told me which day he would be able to start the work, and arranged with me to bring it back in on that day. The work was completed exactly as promised, and I had it back in my hands before I even missed it. He also gave me some excellent advice. For example, this laptop has the famously flaky "butterfly" keyboard and it was typing double-letters. He was very clear, before starting the work, that the job to replace the keyboard was difficult and risky (again, because it's glued into the top case). It's hard to source a good keyboard, and might result in a keyboard that would just go flaky again. So he just stuck with the agreed-upon battery and speaker fixes. (Later, it turns out that I was able to replace the individual flaky key switches myself without having to remove the keyboard at all.) His most valuable advice was to teach me about the existence of a third-party tool ("OCLP") which would allow me to install OS 13 onto the laptop even though Apple only allows OS 12 on it. After getting the laptop back from the battery replacement, I tried it, and it's working great on OS 13 now. This was important and well-timed advice, because Chrome is going to stop releasing updates for OS 12 this month. And while I was in the shop talking to him, he was multitasking and helping other customers, too. He matter-of-factly fixed a bad audio driver on one lady's Windows laptop as they stood there at the counter. I'm very impressed and satisfied with the work. It's like having a new laptop again. So if you need your laptop repaired, definitiely bring it in and have him give you an estimate. I wish I had done it sooner.

Wow have times changed. I didn't know that desktop computers were dead. All I saw were laptops and I don't use laptops. Yes there were a few other people in the store but a store this big should have at least a greeter. Pretty much no reason to come here anymore unless I need a case of paper and that would take me literally 90 years to use. The usual high-priced ink cartridges but I don't blame them for that because there is a reason why they're expensive and that is because you get pigment-based colors that are waterproof instead of dye based ink which leaks hence the price difference. While a representative named Dilton was professional, his colleagues, Alejandro and Roberto, openly snickered and laughed at my comments. This disrespectful behavior was blatantly unprofessional and felt like targeted discrimination based on my age and appearance. As a result of this treatment, I have decided to remain with my current provider. With 20 years of customer service experience myself, I intend to share this experience publicly to warn other customers about the atmosphere at this location.
