I could drone on about what they fixed, etc., but the fact is that in my nearly 25 years here, I seldom get this kind of service. Every person there is great-respectful, honest, and sometimes even funny. They actually communicate with you and tell you usually within a half hour how long something will take to fix. And here's a shocker for Seattle, they'll tell you if they've encountered another problem that may take longer/and or that it wouldn't be worth fixing. The bottom line is, if I could build a large company that fixes devices, I would start with Jet City as the model, and build every store exactly like it. A successful organizationIt starts with the people it hires. They have that locked in at Jet City. By 10pm I noticed that the phone wouldn't charge anymore, not through wire, not through wireless charging. I am a business owner and I need my phone all the time, so I was pretty freaked out. We looked around and found this guy, iDriveToYouFixIt, apparently open until 11pm. On a FRIDAY NIGHT, at 10.30pm, this guy drove across two neighborhoods to meet me at my house. Grabs my phone and goes to his car, opens and diagnoses it on the spot, comes back and let's me know that just a little contact to the battery had fallen off. Not a broken battery or charging port or anything worse as I feared, but just this little thing. So he goes and fixes that right there, clears out some gunk around the front camera (that had apparently built up from a previous front glass repair at a crappy repair shop), cleans up the charging port while he's at it, and replaces the back plate with a brand new one, all within 45 minutes - and hands me back a fully functioning, in fact improved phone and then charges Uber Reasonably!! Instant fat tip, instant mega appreciation, and 5 star review. I couldn't tip as much as I wanted but trust me, I'll leave 5 star reviews everywhere and drum up his business as much as I can and make all my friends and family use his service, he deserves it. What an amazing service. And on top of it all - he is THE NICEST GUY! Friendly, kind, humble, and moreover, super competent. I cannot praise him enough. Had an emergency phone screen replacement for my girlfriend's Samsung S25+ after it dropped on…read moreconcrete and cracked. Cost $330 for the repair. After replacement my girlfriend and I started noticing condensation both front and back camera lenses that eventually led to the phone randomly turning off. Tried troubleshooting but unable to turn phone on. Took it to another third party phone repair shop for diagnosis and was told whoever did the replacement left the inside messy and the screen connection was loose. The repair guy was able to bring the phone back to life during diagnosis but the screen was flickering. He recommended to take it back to where it was originally repaired. Drove back to Redmond and explained the situation. Employee said it will be about 2 hours to take a look and will call/text when ready. Okay cool. So we waited 2 hours and when we came back and he asked did you receive a text. I said it was already the 2 hour mark... The one hour device repair guy then explained the screen connection is corroded and proceeded to show a picture on his phone of the corrosion. He suggested we must've dropped it in water. So now I'm thinking, how can a connection be corroded internally if this phone is water resistant and the phone had these problems AFTER the repair? Even so, we NEVER exposed it directly to any source of liquid since the time of initial repair. Even if we did, shouldn't it NOT have this issue anyway? Also we NEVER received any document or signed anything acknowledging of any potential risks after repair. I asked the repair guy what are our options. He said he can order the screen replacement and have it done on Wednesday. I asked him if this was going to be charged. He said yes. I said no. He said call the number for "headquarters". I called and no one picked up. We left and on the drive home the number from "headquarters" calls us. I explained the situation again to "headquarters" guy and asked for what are our options. He said we'd have to pay $309. I said no. He said let me place you on hold and call the repair guy in Redmond. We waited on hold for a bit. He comes back and says the corrosion is from water damage. I'm thinking what is this guy trying to imply? We continued to have a back and forth until he relents and says I can do it for $209. I said no thanks. That is literally the cost of a replacement phone adding both repair costs. Honestly I was livid after this conversation. Not only was there zero accountability from their end, but they tried to shift blame on the customer for using their phone normally. TLDR: Please make sure you are aware the risks of getting anything repaired from this business. It might make more sense buying a replacement instead.

I have no problem with him at all he was a nice guy obviously he did disclose the after market screen isn't authentic. But after having it on for a few months there's a reason why to buy OLED or soft OLED screens on newer phones because man the LCD screen that was installed will drain your battery fast, I went from charging it twice a day and mind you it's a 15 pro max with a 89% battery health so it should hold a charge all day but after doing research that LCD after market kills the battery it made sense. On top of that the phone does get hot from time to time randomly but even on day to day use the phone is a lot slower and when I play audio on the phone it changes to the ear piece and doesn't come out the speaker or if I'm on the phone and try to put it on speaker it stays on the ear piece. And for that I did some digging as well and it says any after market part can effect the phone and how it operates. So buyers be aware you might be getting a cheaper screen but sometimes paying for the OEM screen or even OLED or soft OLED might be best option.
