Once you switch your plan, there's no going back, and AT&T seems to always be trying to get customers to switch plans. This store seems to have steady flow of traffic but the crowds didn't seem overwhelming when we were there. They also take appointments. Parking is easy in their lot.

I said that I did not ask them to replace my phone. They had not even read the whole email before calling me to tell me "no." They then, of course, said it was their policy not to offer refunds for repairs either. So now that I have paid for a repair, I will also be paying for a replacement. I would have saved myself $200 and a massive headache by never coming here.
