Better yet he has this tracking system (similar to tracking ups and fed ex packages) where it updates you on the progress with your computer. They had a few problems at startup, which is understandable with a new system, but I stuck with them and glad I did. My Tech support guy is Germaine. This guy is a class act. I can text him at just about anytime and he will respond and check out the system if I ever experience any problem. Very courteous and genuinely seems to enjoy what he does and believes in the company he is working for. That goes a long ways with me. I was with another ISP, I won't say their name but the initials are RBB. The difference is like night and day. Not only in the support and service but the quality of the internet service and speed. We can have two or three TV's streaming shows and someone playing online games at the same time and hardly notice any slow downs. Try them out. I honestly don't think you will find a better ISP in our area. Even if you are getting DSL, you might check them out. I am that pleased with them so far. Thank you Forefront Wireless, for bringing true highspeed internet to areas where it wasn't a real option for many years now. This young man(Phillip) came on short notice to replace a wall outlet that had my Tesla only…read morepartially charging. Not only did he replace the outlet, but he noticed that the wiring was the wrong gauge (8 instead of 6), and that the wires were wrapped with the wrong casing and not wrapped all the way back to the box and the cover was for a dryer outlet. He left and got the extra stuff needed. Cut the sheetrock to make sure the outlet was snug and after working, HE vacuumed all the residue stuff on the floor (even tho my garage wasn't the tidiest) Courteous, Conscientous and competent! I waited a week for an appointment as they were "understaffed" that week. I was told I would be taken care of "first thing Monday morning" - actual appointment was for 9:30am. At 10:30am, no one has shown up and I have received no calls. I called the office and was told my technician called in sick over the weekend, BUT they got a sub. "If he has not shown up or called you by now - maybe he can't make it. I guess I will have to call him". After about 10 minutes Mr Olsen called back and INFORMED me that the tech was "not going to be able to make it today" and we would have to reschedule. I don't think so. I called Fisk Electric 972-466-0900 at 11am SAME DAY. They were here at the appointment time of 1pm SAME DAY. My issue was handled by 2pm SAME DAY. On time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OLSEN.
