Do not use. Their altering services are a disaster. They incorrectly stitched a shirt and sewed in the wrong zipper into a pair of pants. Tried to get them to repair their work and they refused, wouldn't even reimburse for their poor work quality. I brought the shirt to another tailor in town and they said it was unrepairable because the fabric was glued with fabric glue before being stitched. Shirt is ruined. This used to be my go to cleaner but I think it changed ownership as the pandemic hit. Not the same place - DO NOT USE! read more

I'm not a frequenter of the dry cleaners so when I had two dresses I had just recently purchased that needed cleaning I decided to try the cleaners up the street from my work. One dress made it out alive, the second one not so much. My black party dress had gold chains as the straps and Metro cleaners not only completely broke a strap off, but torn all three of the other attachments. Their half assed attempt to cover up the mistake meant taking yellow thread and sewing the strap to the dress resulting in one side sitting higher than the other. As I wrote earlier, I am not a frequenter of the dry cleaners so I may have made the amateur mistake of not checking when I picked up the dresses, but when I needed the dress and realized what they had done, they of course denied everything. So frustrating spending a good amount of money on a dress only to wear it once, take it to get cleaned and then have to PAY for the cleaning even after they ruined the dress. No thank you! read more

I can't speak highly enough of Metro Cleaners. They are my go to place for all of my tailoring needs and dry cleaning. I weight lift frequently so I have an unusual body type that most clothing retailers don't cater to specifically (slim waist but huge thighs). So I have to get all of my pants tailored and this is the only place I trust. They do a great job and if you need to adjust anything later or if it gets undone, they'll help you at no additional cost. They also work with another company to clean shoes too! I haven't done that but if they trust them, I do too. Super friendly staff and quality craftsmanship, what more do you need? read more

Metro ruined a pair of my wife's pants and refuse to take responsibility. In attempting to take a spot out they "pulled" the color out of the fabric. They had the audacity to tell my wife that they don't use chemicals. Taking spots out entails using the correct techniques and chemicals. My wife and I owned a successful dry cleaners for over twenty years and I taught spotting and cleaning as well. Accidents happen and a good businessman will own up to the shortcomings and try and correct them. read more

Metro lost the shirt that went to my husbands suit. They tried to tell me there was never a shirt with the suit and refused to do anything to fix the issue. I will never use them ever again. I recommend the nice people at Royal Cleaners instead. read more
