OK, on the prowl for a new car, maybe a Jag now that the quality has improved. This dealership was recommended by a good friend. Long ago I had a red Jaguar I thought was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen, sooooooo... The cars are still beautiful but a bit of a stretch for the money versus the quality of the competition (BMW et al). This dealership has terrific sales and service, so no faulting them. However the sorta British, sorta Indian engineering on the new Jaguars leaves a bit to be desired. It's genuinely too bad that cars this beautiful only look good but still seem badly made mechanically. The superficial pop is there (sleek leather interiors, electric/electronic every gizmo imaginable, beautiful color options, etc) and the engines are powerful. The real drawback is the low Consumer Reports-style ratings and the mechanical flaws in the car engine design. With an Indian parent company buying the Jaguar mark from the old parent (Ford), there was supposedly a revamp of the design. Ford said the same thing long ago when they bought it. While the engineering isn't on the dramatically awful level of pre-Ford, it still doesn't quite cut the mustard. Looks like another German car for me. My partner has a car similar to the one I actually would like to have, but he refuses to give it to me (imagine that LOL). We could buy his and his matching similar cars I suppose, but the neighbors would smirk. read more

I was stranded and flooded in my new jaguar and the service department could not even tell a guy who stopped to help me how to move the car from the water up to my window which I crawled out and they still never came. They haven't given me a loaner, I paid my own towing and my 2020 Jaguar that I loved will be returned only once again to leave me stranded too. I just bought a Jag from a non-jaguar dealership last week and want to take it in for servicing and tints. I called and they immediately picked up and after I explained everything they offered to transfer me to an advisor. When they transferred me I got a mailbox but it said "sorry, but the mailbox is full". SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!! Naturally I called right back and this time they wouldn't answer my call (it was literally 1 minute after the first call). It put me into an extended que that told me I could request a call back. I requested the call back and was almost immediately called by an automated system that said there is no one that will be able to call me back. BTW it's 9:30am. Yikes! what is happening here? Where are the responsible people who work at Warren Henry? Is there a strategy on customer centricity? Called to see if I am able to meet with someone to learn more about a new SUV and setup an appointment. Came in on time, receptionist attended to another party ahead of me who came in about a replacement key. She walked to get someone, came back, head down - I stood there - no acknowledgement what so ever. Two other sales people floated around - having their own discussions and engaging with the receptionist - in fact, one sales person said she was free as she was awaiting her customer to come out from finance. 10 minutes or so later - without anyone looking at me or acknowledging my presence - I left. Why have sales people and a receptionist if they are not attending to customers? Not sure if anyone is running the show there with a focus on customers or if this is what one should expect. They took me for a stupid female and told me I needed to spend approximately $1000.00 for needed service when all I needed was a oil change. Checked Jaguars recommended services for my mileage to confirm they will sell you a bag of rocks if you believe them. How dishonest can you be? If u order a part and cancel You are going to have to call constantly almost every day and you might as well start the day after you get the credit receipt or whatever made up document they're gonna send you because despite the fact that they're going to send you paperwork that there's a credit in process it's really not. My experience was surprisingly good , From my first call to Jennifer my service writher I had taken my jag xjl in to alpine three times for an eco system problem & a smell of coolant on previous warranty work done , both of which were not done wright, I continued to complain about eco not working & violent smell they gave me lame excuses about this is normal & car Temp , I decided to try warren Henery although the distance from my home was far. Jennifer listen to my concerns & took the bull by the horns they found a bad seal that alpine said they fixed So the Coolant smell is gone , They found the eco system problem & also addressed Dash buttons sticky problems without asking them. Aaron,my service adviser, and Nelson (manager) of Warren Henry stepped up to the plate and took care of a an issue I had with my 2015 Jaguar F Type. My rear view mirror had become unhinged/unglued from mount and was literally dangling. This occurred spontaneously and without any obvious cause . The Collection treated this issue horribly -keeping my car for 3 days with no loner only to tell me it will not be covered under warranty and it would cost 1700 dollars !! . Terrible dealership, never work with them to buy a car. I was in the process of buying a Jaguar from them. They are money mongers, they sold off car that was promised me after all the paperwork was completed to another buyer cos they offered money money. The car had some issues and I asked them to have it fixed, which at that time their workshop couldn't fix. Finally they fixed it, never told me it's ready and they sold it off. I wasted money on pre-purchase inspection and everything else. Beware working with them, terrible customer service too.. the manager calls me now asking me to take down the review or he will not refund the pre-purchase inspection money.. very bad company to work with. I recently had my Jaguar services at Warren Henry. I have rated my experience a 4, but my experience with my service advisor, William Maya is a 5. It's always difficult to get things started at Warren Henry Service and my overall feeling is that the dealership and service department as a whole needs to do more when it comes to customer service. However, my experience working with William Maya has been exceptional. He is easy to talk to, and commits to follow-up and explain the status of your repair during the cycle. I'd recommend that anyone signing up for Jaguar service online make sure to select William as your service adviser. I brought my 2019 F-Pace for the first yearly service to Warren Henry Jaguar on Friday July 10th 2020 thinking that my car would be in good hands. After picking up my car the next day, I decided to check the Jaguar app that was installed on my phone the day I bought the car and found out that my car was taken for a joyride when it was in possession of Warren Henry Jaguar Service Department. After contacting my service advisor, he said he would find out what happened and would get back to me. Few days later after receiving no response from him I kept pressuring them for an answer. The manager at the service department finally got back with me and told me that the service tech that worked on my car used my Jaguar F-Pace to go eat lunch, unbelievable !!! Even though he did apologize for the incident he kept repeating on 3 different occasions that they could have lied to me and said that the technician heard a noise underneath my car when he was test driving it and that is the reason why I can see those trips on my Jaguar app. Really? So I should be thankful that they are not lying and telling me the truth about what they did to my car??? I have lost all trust on Warren Henry Jaguar dealer in Miami, they have violated my trust and I will never be returning there ever again. The situation could have escalated to a lawsuit against me if the Warren Henry technician had gotten into a bad an accident or decided to do something illegal with my car. SHAME ON THEM !!!! I'm sure this is not the first or last time that they use their customers expensive cars for their own joyrides. After having my 2014 Jaguar XJL serviced I realized there were multiple surface scratches that were not there before and obviously made after they washed it. The supervisor came out and showed me a walk around page that I "signed off on" even though they never did a walk around with me or have me sign anything. I'm the 1st to review this car dealer? I bought a new Jag in '04 and '06 and have a used one now. Twice I have gone to their "dealer event" based on a marketing email. Both times, no event. Both times the sales manger wasn't concerned about my inconvenience, barely looking up from his computer screen. I won't even bother telling you about the "airhead" salesman from the last fiasco. What's wrong with these people? The only person to make a genuine apology was owner Larry Zinn himself. The sales manager is grossly overweight and looks very unhealthy. Made an appointment for my 2018 f-pace and tried to have them check out my brake and see if my car is eligible for a CarPlay installation. Pulled up to the service drive way with nobody telling me what to do next. I had to roll down my window and ask a guy. He led me in the asked me to wait for my agent which is Natasha or whatever the name is. The whole time she didn't even look at me and gave me a big attitude for no reason, all she said to me was just ask my address and number. After I addressed why I'm here all she said was it's gonna take this five hours because we are busy. Then I asked what about CarPlay installation? She then asked another guy if I can get a CarPlay installation, the guy kept asking her where my cars is at but she won't even tell him because she was busy talking to another lady who was working there. I had to walk this guy to my car by myself. Then she told me it is gonna take another hour to check if I'm eligible for a CarPlay installation because the shop is busy. Well this is fucking ridiculous, I didn't make an appointment and drove 30 to this place so you can just tell me your busy, what's the point of me making an appointment if I can't get nothing done here? Terrible service. Bought a new Range Rover Sport, but it did not have the tonneau cover or floor mats. It took a month to get the items in. We have had to bring the car in for service 4 times in the last 4 months. Got the car back and a front hitch cover fell off. The service manager said we should just leave it in the trunk and if we are ever nearby they would give us some screws and we could put it on ourselves. They badgered me with calls and emails and never once talked about the vehicle I was looking for. They obviously do not have one and tried pushing others in their emails. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. In the first first week of September 2016 my father put down a deposit on a Jaguar F-Pace that he ordered and was told the car would come in 3 months and should arrive before Christmas. A month later we received a call from the salesman asking if we still wanted the car (meaning he never submitted the order). When another month passed by and we never received an update on the car my father decided to call to find out the status on his car, the salesman said he would give him a call back and he never did. So two days later I called and requested to speak with the sale manager Neil and he nastily answered the phone and barked at me that the salesman had already called my father back which was not true. Neil told me the car had not been built yet and the estimate date of arrival is the beginning of January 2017 but usually it will come way before. I waited until after Christmas to see if I headed anything from them and i didn't so we decided we no longer wanted the car. On December 30, 2016 I stopped by the dealership for a refund of my deposit and was told I would not be able to receive it in person due to the fact we paid in check and it would come by FedEx overnight. To this date January 17, 2017 I have yet to receive the refund check. Warren Henry has given me the runaround claiming that everyday the check is coming the next day. I called on 13th and the receptionist Stephanie, whose super helpful, let me know that Keisha would reissue my refund because apparently they sent out the check without an address......I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK read more
