Metro Management (David Baron) has been "mis-managing" our co-op for 8+ years. David Baron, endorsed the appointing of Jeannette Hernandez, (a board member) as our property manager, without ever having any site management expertise. Our co-op obtained an $18 million construction loan, plus $2 million credit line in 2013, five years later and ALL funds have been exhausted, without finishing the roof replacement phase. So the board president, Douglas Sherman, with his puppet board members, David Baron, and Jeannette Hernandez, have taken an additional mortgage of $6 million, which equates to actually receiving a $4+ million additional mortgage, after "other cost and expenses" was deducted. A townhall meeting at a local Japanesse restaurant was set up to discuss the additional mortgage. The restaurant room only accomodated 80 people, and our co-op consist of 600+ shareholders, so we know that it was intentionally orchestrated to suppress the number of attendees. The 2012 co-op's super (Cesar Coquis) was set up to fail by Ms. Hernandez, because he would NOT agree to sign off on falsifing overtime and unearned days off for a select couple of handymen. Mathew Grosek is a horrible Person to have manage any building! The guy curses at Tenants and is N extreme Bully. Doesn't take care of issues inside of the building has open tickets of problems that have to be fixed for more than six months leaving tenants and apartments filled with mold. This guy is nothing but a bully and had audacity to say that his secretary has every right to interrogate every single tenant and harass them. What kind of work ethic is this? What kind of professionalism is this to the point where now I have to go to the Better Business Bureau and file a report! They have just been hired to manage Lindsay Park in Brooklyn. I hope that we are not getting from bad to worse. We have had a couple of people arrested from prior management. One of them Coa Austin who used to be our board president. We need a management company that is going to cater to our needs. How do we go finding out who is minding the store. I have not read a good review. Except for their employees. If I was working for you I would kiss you butt. Since I don't intend on working for them all I want is professionalism and respect. Since Metro Management took over Lindsay Park Housing Corp I have not seen anything done about the scaffolding surrounding all seven buildings. And as for the rude management at their office on Union Ave when someone comes to complain about people who live here and have dogs that urinate in front of building entrance, take the dogs excrements in the bags and tie them on the fence for the porters to clean up. Something also needs to done about the rude manager and his assistant. When you come to ask a question they dismiss your questions rudely by submitting their own opinions about the many problems that go on here. read more

In 2015 the building manager Ms. Bernice Yelverton used a falsified Death Certificate and a forged Will to have me a legal heir to the estate of Ms. Ruth H. Nelson evicted from my aunts apartment in an effort to help my cousin Scott Nelson avoid probate. She later had all of the items in the apartment removed after informing me that I couldn't prove that these things even belonged to me.
