But, I will be taking my business elsewhere as you have extremely unprofessional employees.

I then bought a love seat about a year ago, and I can't say enough about it. Clearly the furniture Lynch's sells is the kind you can keep forever, if you wish. I've purchased from other chains and the pieces usually need to be disposed of in a few years. Not the case with Lynch's. Courteous, service oriented, helpful. And a huge selection of furniture that other stores don't carry. I have no reason to go anywhere else ever again and I regret that I have. They are my go-to furniture store!

The king bed we purchased is a "gold bond sacro support mattress Buckingham" - it is, without question, the best mattress we've had. It's the perfect balance between support and plush. It's cushion on the top - providing a great feel of comfort and relief, but just beneath it's firm but giving. Its perfect if you're a side sleeper. The service was exactly what you want - someone knowledgeable and ready to answer all your questions; and friendly - but NOT pushy. Delivery guys also were great. Very pleased. 5 enthusiastic stars. We called both the store and customer service asking about an exchange (not a refund, just an exchange for something more comfortable) and were told that all furniture sales are final and that they would happily take a return on a mattress but not on any furniture. This is an odd and illogical policy. Sharing our experience to try and warn potential customers since this policy was not mentioned by the salesperson when we purchased the sofa. We are now going to donate the sofa and buy a new bed at Raymour and Flanagan. Buyer beware.

The issue was never the product because the original service and product were perfect and i am extremely satisfied with the mattress , quality and price..The problem I was having originally was with trying to register the account and that was not the clerks fault . I was getting frustrated and kept calling the store for help and I think he got frustrated cause there was nothing he could do. Anyway its all been resolved. Apologies made and accepted on both sides and ill repeat i love my mattress.

The base we received was a much lower value product, not at all comparable, lacking key features. Unfortunately this was not caught upon delivery and it was signed off on, leaving us stuck with a price matched but inferior item. Be diligent when receiving your product. We should not have trusted their definition of "comparable" and the miscommunication that resulted in the lack of necessary features we believed we were receiving.
