I have always loved this place. friendly, fast, and amazing customer service! I have never left there disappointed. They do a great job!

This is my second time going here, and I'm not impressed. I chose what I thought was a simple design, one that would be easy to execute without mistakes. However, they thought otherwise and said this design was complex. Instead of admitting they couldn't do it or didn't have someone available who could, they passed me off to a total of three different nail artists. My nails ended up looking very clumpy and nothing like what I asked for. I was extremely upset, well actually still upset, by my nails. The only positive thing about Metro Nails is the staff. I came in because my nails that were previously shellaced at another salon were in horrible shape, and I was just hoping they could look presentable again. I was there first thing and was seated right away. Hein did a beautiful job with a dip and white tips on my nails and I walked out very happy. Reasonably priced too. I'll be back! read more

I have been to this place twice now. I love the pedicure options! Today I had their fall scent it was pumpkin pie! Smelled so good and loved my hot towel and hot stones. Best part was my husband got a pedicure today too, they were super nice and took good care of us. I decided to get acrylics today after not having them for over 6 years. Walked right in, it was a Wednesday though. I got a pedicure and the guy spent a ton of time massaging and working on my cuticles. I will say if you don't like a strong massage it's not for you. My second time getting my nails done here and to be honest I'm very disappointed my nails were completely different than the picture I showed them they came out looking lumpy very very thick and there was bubbles in my nails when my request was super simple I DO NOT recommend coming here at all my nails where so thick my nails where hurting I had to get them redone at a different nail salon. read more

You wait forever. Service is subpar. You just feel rushed and harassed. Don't bother making an appointment, it doesn't matter. You wait either way. The place doesn't seem clean. My nails never look right. For how expense they've gotten, it's not worth any of it. read more

I came here for a manicure and pedicure. When I walked in I noticed it was pretty busy so I specifically Asked do you have time for a manicure and pedicure? The answer was yes we do. I sat in the pedicure chair with my feet in the water for over 45 minutes and then decided to walk out. If you don't have time tell the customer. Why are you wasting your customers time? Do NOT waste your time!!!!! I've done walk in and waited FOREVER! I've also made an appointment and waited FOREVER!!!!!!! I've given them 2,3,4 chances Incase it was an off day or a really busy day.... nope! Same crap service EVERY SINGLE TIME. Of course, Once you remark on the obnoxiously long wait time, out of the dang blue comes someone ready to do your nails. Nah, IM SOOOOO OUT! The upsale pressure is also ridiculous! I would leave zero stars but you can't. I went in about two days ago with my friend to get acrylics I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the way they look. I got coffin shape and they are very uneven. She only filed one side and left the other side square so my nails are very uneven. She also cut my skin multiple times. I have very painful nicks on my skin. I hate walking around with sloppy nails and now I'm going to have to pay to get my current nails taken off and new ones. Very disappointed in this place. read more

They did a pretty deCent job on our nails,yet they reused non-sanitized tools on my mother and I. The teen that I had played on her phine the whole time she was doing my nails and in the end messed up my color. read more

Took my daughter and her friend to get their nails done, we waited almost an hour before getting in. People who came in way after us got in ( with no appointments). The people are rude. They burnt the girl next to my daughter at least 3 times with the stuff to remove her nails. She had mentioned, she just got her nails done on Monday and they are already chipped. If I would have heard that before my daughter was already into getting her nails done, I would have left. Other people around us were complaining about the customer service here as it was there first time as well. They had there children running around the place. After my daughters nails we're finished, they looked like crap. Paid $40 for crappy service. Took almost 45 min just to change the color of her friends nails. I visited this place for just a regular manicure and felt very harassed that I needed to do shellac. If I had wanted a different service I would have asked for it. The young gentleman that did my nails did a good job but I felt he was embarrassed by all co workers telling him to make me do a more expensive service. I don't feel this is related to Covid in any way. I guess I will be searching for a new nail salon. ( I usually do get my toes and nails done with shellac) sad that those wanting only a manicure are treated so differently. read more

If I could give them 0 starts I would , horrible experience today when I go in and tell them I have and appointment for a shellac manicure and the manager said they don't take weekends appointment !!! Should've read the other review before coming here. I'm from out of town so I went to the nearest salon. Bad idea. The technician made my cuticle bleed, which is always a health concern in addition to the unattractive appearance. Paid $26 for an otherwise simple pedicure to go wrong. The lady who did my nails had taken two phone calls and also clipped my finger in the process of doing my nails. I would not recommend going here if you want good nails. They price $43 for acrylics when I could spend 2 more dollars for great nails at Omaha or Bellevue. Overall not satisfied read more
