The leg massages were amazing, but very sloppy job on my toes. My fingers look like they're already grown out as they didn't paint my whole nail..uneed nails are dirty. Apparently they close at 7 yet on google and on their door says 8...so I think they rushed painting my nails cause it was after 7...yet I did not know this. The staff at Top Q Nail Salon were friendly, and I appreciated how quick the service was. My nail tech was kind, which I really valued. However, the quality of the service just wasn't there. Several of my fingers were cut during the process--some even bled--and my thumbs have painful cuts underneath the nails. On top of that, the polish is bubbly, uneven, and doesn't even fully cover my thumb nails. The shaping is also inconsistent from nail to nail. I would not even think twice about coming back. If there was a ZERO star rating, I'd rate it that. My sisters, mom and I went here as a last minute stop on our girls day and I wish we didn't. The ladies were SO rude and mumbled when they talked to you so they'd have to repeat what was asked (& then got frustrated at you because you couldn't hear them). They yelled at us to sit in the chairs when we first walked in, like we were animals. They DUG at our skin, I now have 2 infected toes (we got ours done YESTERDAY - you can start to see swelling in photos, the dark areas surrounding my big toes) and wouldn't listen to me telling them to stop due to pain. There really was no sterilization used, sadly. The stones used were supposed to be hot - were cold. My big toes are currently pussy and sore due to their negligence. I understand it was busy, but the guy I got stuck with was in too much of a rush. He applied a cracked nail and wouldn't fix it, the paint job sucked, he smelled of weed, and the coating was so uneven it was disgraceful. DO NOT GO HERE. if I could give a negative star rating I would. I asked for french tip. I did not indeed get french tip. They gave me white tips (which was the part they glue on at the beginning of getting a full set.) They gave me white tips, which is $50, but charged me $60. I also got a $32 pedicure. I only wanted white paint on my toes and she put shellac. I never get shellac because I know that nail salons charge an absurd amount of money for shellac. I also got my eyebrows waxed and that was the only thing that turned out good. I expressed to the nail tech that I was NOT happy with my nails because it was not what I asked for and they told me there's nothing they could do. Everything I asked for should have came out to $94. When the lady rang me up it was $127. She didn't tell me she put shellac on my toes because I didn't ask for it and charged me $14 extra dollars for it, and not to mention again that they charged me $60 instead of $50 for my nails. They did no color or anything for my nails. All they did was glue the tip on, file it down, put the acrylic on, and put the clear coat on. It was then that I made it aware I did not like them and it was not what I asked for. I usually never express my emotions when i'm upset at the nail salon but I did because i hated them. I called back the next day, today, and the lady who did my toes and eyebrows was the one who answered the phone. She was very rude and ended up yelling at me over the phone. she wanted to keep interrupting me when I was telling her why I was upset and cutting me off. My great friend was having her bridal shower the day I came in. She, her mother, and I came inside and it was a bit a busy, but I wasn't horrible. They got pedicures and I wanted acrylics. It didn't take long to get seated and ready. The woman I was working with was kind and sweet. After I had washed my hands, she had left and another woman was helping me. I found it odd because usually one client works with a customer. Anyway, we had finished and I had paid: $29. I am originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, and I've NEVER paid almost $30 for acrylics. In Lincoln, the maximum amount I've paid is $22. Our little group headed to the party, and a few hours later my thumb nail broke. I actually left the party because I was so frustrated about it, to go get it fixed. Once I was there a woman helped me. She tried to PRY the nail off, which obviously hurt. I almost started crying. Thankfully she (or the other nail technician) noticed this and stopped. In my experience I'd give this place a 2.5/5 and I wouldn't recommend this place to others due to the cost, the nail breaking, and how the technician went about fixing it. read more

I booked an appointment at 9:30am and sat there for about 10-20 minutes before they were able to get to me. This guy finally gets to my nails and he is super fidgety and seems like he doesn't really know what he's doing. He stabs my finger 3 different times until the other lady tells me to go to another chair and she will get to me when I'm done with my pedicure. This is an hour AFTER my appointment. I had another appointment for my makeup later that day and I was having to rush and tell the lady once she got to my nails that I have an hour. She had to completely take off my nails the previous guy did. Things were better after that and Lucy ended up doing a great job but definitely not worth my time again. I had a 12:30 appt for a deluxe manicure with regular polish, I arrived about 12:20 & was told it would be a few minutes. As I sat there 5 other ladies came in all with a 1:00 appt & as I looked around there was only 4 people working. At 1:13 I was asked to go to seat 6 at 1:15 the man came over to do my manicure. He cut my nails at the length I wanted BUT when trimming the skin around my nails he nipped me a few times without saying a word. I did not receive the message with the lotion, salt or the paraffin wax that comes with the deluxe manicure. I instead got a warm towel on my arms while he did some sort of slap on my arms. My manicure lasted 15 minutes & I left with little pieces of skin partially clipped on my fingers & two of my nails were not completely filed down. I am a person who gives someone a second chance BUT this was the third time this kind of thing has happened. I will never return!!! I would NEVER recommend this Top Q salon to anyone!! read more

went with my mom and sisters to get our nails done for my mom and dads wedding. we wanting manicures, French tips. there was four technicians there but one was just sitting there on his phone. The lady did mine she spend about 40 minutes filing my nails and drilling the nails down to get ready for the paint. while In that time the technician next to us got my sisters nails completely done and my moms half way done before she even started painting mine. i wanted a gold line and it's rigidly and crooked. My mom asked for a blue flower since my grandmas favorite colors was blue and she got a pink one because The lady picked pink. NEVER coming back here again. I came here a few days ago and asked for acrylics but obviously the lady didn't understand and before I knew it she was putting plain polish on my nails! I didn't say anything because they ended up looking decent, but I paid $35 for that!!!!! They didn't give me a receipt and when I got home my nails were bleeding immensely. A couple of days later my nails started to chip. I visited them today and told them about my nails, but they didn't care at all! I used to go to this salon but not after my experience 8-13-21. We arrived right at ten am for an appointment for two pedicures . Lucy was one nail tech and my sister waited about ten to 15 minutes for another one to show up . We were confused as to how two people got ahead of us when we had appointments and they don't open until ten am but regardless we said nothing . A woman with glasses and short hair came in and my sister instantly said " she looks mean". My sister's water in her foot bath was ice cold and she mentioned it but she was ignored . Lucy worked on my toes and did a good job . No complaints . Yet the gal my sister had was rushing thru and even though my sister paid for a deluxe spa pedicure the gal refused to put callus remover on her dry heels. Then my sister noticed that the gal barely touched her cuticles . She asked the gal if she was going to work on her cuticles and the gal became unglued ! She was yelling that she had been a mail tech for 20 years and she knew how to do her job . My sister paid for a callus remover and other things included in the deluxe spa pedicure so she had every right to ask questions Politely! Yet the tech was super rude and she actually got up and made another lady finish my sister. That gal wasnt happy and never said a word to my sister . I recommended this salon so I felt terrible as to how she was being treated . The massage was poor and the tension in the atmosphere was awful . When the lady got done she walked off. She never handed her her purse or said to sit under the dryer. She just walked off. I don't know who the manager is as by this time I was over it . Lucy was witness and said nothing. I was mortified . Her paint job on her toes was not the best. Her heels were still rough so the callus remover was needed. I guess I don't know why a person would get so upset over a customer asking a simple question. I looked on the webiste for Top Q and it states it is their goal for all clients to leave happy with their service , etc... Obviously they don't mean it . Went in as a walk in with my sister. I got the deluxe with paraffin and she ordered the standard. We started ours within a minute of each other. As I was getting seated the drain cap came off on and tons of build up and dead skin were on it. My nail tech swiped it off with her finger into the trash can and put it back in the tank. It wasn't cleaned or rinsed of all the nasty dead skin. My deluxe was no different than my sisters standard and I was done well before her. I didn't get a base coat on my toes either. I am just a trucker passing through and decided to get my nails done based on the reviews. Let me first say my nail tech was good. The only reasons I'm giving a one star is really the older male tech is disgusting. Before my service I witnessed him sneeze and snot was dripping from his nose on to his shirt and he proceeds to finish his work on the lady patron. Unfortunately I got him and as he was doing my pedicure he's cleaning my cuticles and wipes the dead skin on my foot!!! 3 times I finally had enough and wiped it off and told him that was gross!!! He ended up with a attitude which I could care less. Different incident the ladies really need to stop laughing at patrons. They need a health inspection check. Also the prices are ridiculous.
