This was a terribly difficult job because our home is under renovation and we needed to keep out kitties in an area behind a plastic, zippered curtain. I had to miss a class and I asked the instructor and the receptionist to send me the syllabus for the class I missed. Neither people followed through with the material. The instructor was odd about it which makes me believe they don't have one. I have attended 5 different schools in the last 20 years and this by far was the worst instructor and format I have come across. They don't have make up classes which I thought was odd as all the other schools I've attended catered to the customers needs. I enrolled so the class would not be cancelled due to attendance to help out a friend. I am now enrolled in Go Anywhere Dog classes. I took the initial puppy class and thoroughly enjoyed the class and instructors.

Many are really made to optimize profit often at the expense of the dog and their well-being. This absolutely is not the case with fusion pet retreat. We were completely pleased with how our Daycare trial went for our two dogs. We got a great tour of the facility. It was very clean and notably. It was one of the few places where when you go into the back, the dogs in their kennels are not barking and crying or showing any signs of distress . Most of them were sleeping soundly in their respective areas. The manager was great. Answered all the questions and gave us a very thorough rundown of what to expect. Sion is very unique and that they do many different things to accommodate the specific personality of the dog. And it was very obvious that the people who work here understand dogs and enjoy them. It is an open play experience, but they do not have the dogs play all day every day, which is actually very good for them! They have them take breaks so they do not get over stimulated-which is unique to Fusion and highlights their knowledge of dogs. The place is huge and not at all crowded. They have several different areas for the dogs to play so that they can easily group them by play style. My one dog it's only eight months old and newer to this environment so he was a little timid. We got many videos and photos of him playing with other More timid dogs, and several staff members who slowly introduced him to the bigger area and he was very happy. We will use this place again it again without hesitation !

Forget MY opinion; my 3 dogs adore Pets Are Inn!…read more This place is a like a hostel for animals. Instead of boarding them someplace where they'll be in crates most of the time except for an occasional walk (which you'll probably pay for), Pets Are Inn contracts with pet lovers who take your animals into their home while you away and treat them just like members of the family! We've used them 4 times now and have been lucky enough to get the same family each time (families develop relationships with the animals). The service will pick your animals up for you and drop them off (a great convenience when you're getting ready for a trip). My dogs practically jump out of their skins when the van pulls up because they are so excited to go stay with their "second family!" Upon return, we've always received a little note from the host family with an update about how the dogs did, etc. (They always got to sleep in the beds with the folks, etc.). And the best part? The price is comparable to that of a kennel, not crazy expensive as you might expect. We'll never board our dogs again. Thanks, Pets Are Inn!

Our family and dog are very traumatized by our dog's shaved grooming. I only want to let you know…read moreso they don't do this again to another client's dog. This is a Coton de Tulear, not a dog that is shaved.  This is a long hair dog, She is now not protected by her coat for sun etc.  This was her first grooming as she is still a puppy of 8 months old. I have brushed her daily and she only had a few areas under her paws that had problems  with matts.  Which they asked if it was OK to cut those out and I said yes, but not to shaving her WHOLE body. When i gave Riley to the groomer , I said this was her first grooming and I just wanted a trim for a Coton! if they had researched my dog, no Coton I have ever seen has been shaved. They should of called me and asked if it was OK to shave her. I feel they took the easy and fast way out to just shave her instead of bathing her, and brushing her and doing a cut.  I have been taking really good care of her and her coat. This was a really big mistake that we have to live with for a very long time. I hope it doesn't happen to your DOG!!!

I went in today for an orientation and a walk through at about 10AM. IMO, there were way too many dogs in each area. The dog rooms are small and dimly lit, and all connected, so the atmosphere is very loud. I was shocked at how many large dogs were in such a small area. As we walked through with the staff, a fight broke out between two dogs. Others joined in because there was no where to go. One staff in the room for about 20-25 large dogs. No wonder. There is simply not enough room for the number and size of dogs in that space. I would never leave my dog there.

But this time, she came home and has been her normal, energized self. The staff is very kind, and understanding, and take the time to know your pup. Setting up an appointment or reservation is super easy by phone or online. I pay when pick Wentworth up at the end of his stay. ***Reduced rates are even offered for multiple dogs or package deals. The business nonchalantly informed my family that this happens 12 times a year. This place lets 20-30 dogs plus in one room with very little to no supervision. Camp Bow Wow's business practices are inhumane as they are sacrificing the well being of your animals for more money.
