A flat rate per day but full of the special treatment you should never have to PAY to receive. But truly, in addition to the luxurious accomodations, the staff at ASCCC KNOWS DOGS, and LOVES them when you are away! My pitbull was shy around other dogs at first, so the ASCCC staff monitored her carefully and put her with the calm and low energy crowd until she became comfortable. Because of their knowledge and experience, I can relax knowing that my dog is safe, enjoying herself, and being loved :) And when I asked if they would please cover my pup with her blanket at nighttime...they didn't laugh at me and were more than willing and happy to oblige :) I love All Seasons and I am so grateful to them for caring for my dog! :)

I called around to about 8 different dog walkers and I thought the others were either over priced or they didn't return calls right away or other red flags. Molly has been nothing but my dog's favorite thing since day 1! She leaves me notes telling me if my pooch went to the bathroom, what they did, etc. Molly had to come by my new place to get keys and it was the first time in about a year that I saw them together. OMG- my dog l-o-v-e-s her. It was fun to see the bond that they now have after her visiting him about one time per week over a year. Metro Pets and More is highly recommended- very reliable, loving towards pets and reasonably priced.

The personal notes she leaves about how our dog did that day on the provided notepad is a nice touch. The flexibility to be able to cancel days via text or email with short notice because I'll be working from home, etc is also another bonus. Metro Pets was the only service we could find that would visit our house in the Camden area of North Minneapolis, so props to them for that. The only thing I wish they did different was how payments are made. You have to leave a week's worth of money out at your home at beginning of the week. If you don't pay in cash you get charged a 7.7% tax rate at end of the quarter. At $15/day or $900 every 3 months that comes to $70 in tax. We're leaving cash out right now, but it's inconvenient to remember to run to the ATM every Sunday night and remember to leave the envelope out.

Our family and dog are very traumatized by our dog's shaved grooming. I only want to let you know…read moreso they don't do this again to another client's dog. This is a Coton de Tulear, not a dog that is shaved.  This is a long hair dog, She is now not protected by her coat for sun etc.  This was her first grooming as she is still a puppy of 8 months old. I have brushed her daily and she only had a few areas under her paws that had problems  with matts.  Which they asked if it was OK to cut those out and I said yes, but not to shaving her WHOLE body. When i gave Riley to the groomer , I said this was her first grooming and I just wanted a trim for a Coton! if they had researched my dog, no Coton I have ever seen has been shaved. They should of called me and asked if it was OK to shave her. I feel they took the easy and fast way out to just shave her instead of bathing her, and brushing her and doing a cut.  I have been taking really good care of her and her coat. This was a really big mistake that we have to live with for a very long time. I hope it doesn't happen to your DOG!!!

I contacted a few people and Twin Cities Pets were the only ones that responded! I am so glad they did and here is why. First, cost for service. They stopped over prior to leaving to meet my pets and find out everything that I wanted to have done. They might do more in 15 minutes than I do in 3 hours with regards to my pets! The service is a great value. Great Service. They obviously love animals. It's nice to know that my guys are going to be with people who really care about their wellbeing. They offered to send me texts with updates, etc. When I came home, the cats looked well cared for and I think they left the litter boxes cleaner than when I left them! :) Just good people. These are the kind of people who have an instance trustworthiness about them. They are professional and friendly. Hands down - if you are looking for a pet sitter for whatever reason, you will likely be joining us on Yelp! singing praises about the quality of services you will receive. For some of us, our pets are our children. I like to know they are in good hands. I will be booking them again in the near future as well. So very happy with their services.

Our senior cat has diabetes and needs to be fed and receive insulin injections on a pretty strict schedule (every 12 hours), and finding friends who were both available for the whole weekend and comfortable giving shots proved to be difficult. We found Twin Cities Pets through an online search and were ecstatic to see that they had prior experience with insulin injections and came to your home. A lot of other pet sitting or boarding services said that they will administer medication, but not injections, so this was lucky and we were so glad we didn't have to board him somewhere, which basically sound like cat jail. Marea came over and met with my boyfriend to pick up our spare key and learn about our cat's routine. We also have a bunny and a few tortoises, and she said she was happy to check on them as well. Marea sent us email updates letting us know everyone was doing A-OK, and we were able to enjoy our vacation with peace of mind knowing that our pets were in great hands. The cost was comparable or maybe even cheaper than boarding, and I know that our cat was much happier staying in his own home and familiar environment. We will definitely be using Twin Cities Pets the next time we go out of town and I would highly recommend them to any other friends in the area. Staff stand around, not interacting with the dogs. Ops manager seems more concerned with putting up COLORING BOOK pictures on the door & in the hallway than working on the place or helping people work together. There aren't enough groomers & they aren't scheduled appropriately, so appointments that have been scheduled for weeks, even MONTHS in advance don't get done & Front Desk staff take the heat for it. Some owners have even given up end-of-stay grooming altogether because it doesn't get done.

The rescue was so easy to work with and let us meet them each a couple of times to ensure which would fit our family best. They were timely with their responses, and they sent us all of the necessary paperwork completely and promptly. The fosters were nice people, and the dogs were both well cared for. The process went well and was ethical (home visit and interview required to ensure you were a good owner). We have pointed a number of friends their way, and they have had positive experiences as well. We are obsessed with our 8 year old coonhound, and are so grateful we worked with this rescue.
