It is located right across the street from the light rail station (called strangely enough the TMC Transit Center stop). There is an app to get virtual tickets to ride the buses and trains. It costs $1.25 to be able to use for 2 hours, and $3.00 for unlimited use until 2 am the next day. Most people we noticed were scanning a card, but it seemed for visitors, the app was the best way to go (you need to show the activated screen to the bus driver as you enter). And there are no checks at the train stations. There are a lot of buses coming through here, many at very frequent intervals. The various bus stops didn't seem to have any pattern...we had to just keep walking around until we found the right bus number. Even then it wasn't clear always clear which direction the bus was supposed to go. But because the buses seemed to come around frequently, it would make sense to make sure the bus you were going on is the right direction. My nephew happens to live in an apartment building right next door, so very convenient for him (and he rides free as a student).

Over the past year or so I have noticed that there are more fare inspectors, outfitted in neon yellow shirts, however these hasn't proven to be effective in reducing the homeless presence. Over the years I have seen people smoking on the training, sleeping, and even masturbating....yikes.

We have to UNFORTUNATELY transfer from the Metro Park-n-Rides to the MetroRail to get into the Medical Center which has become dangerous and increasingly unsafe. The majority about 90% have to use the MetroRail en route to the Medical Center. This means that a large portion of Houston's Workforce is at risk every day due to inadequate transportation options. We want Metro to have more Park-n-Rides go directly into the Medical Center without having to transfer to the MetroRail, just like the Woodlands, Conroe, and Katy does. This will ensure safer travels for commuters. MetroRail also DOES NOT take action addressing safety ANY CONCERNS from it's PAYING passengers! Several people including myself have addressed NUMEROUS times incidents such as harassment, verbal assult, physicial assult, fighting, theft, stalking, threats of violence, transients sleeping on trains, panhandling, etc without any protection or care or concern from Metro Police. Passenger's complain to the drivers of the train and they ignore us, they really don't care. The paying customers are the ones that constantly get harrassed going to and form work, it has become a nightmare. Metro harass paying customers while transients ride free all day long and keep constant madness! The MetroRail is dirty, nasty, and always has foul orders of urine and feces smell. On any given day you will see transients eating, sleeping, drinking, or smoking weed on the train, and do you think they get put off?? NO! Everyone turns a blind eye! Wheeler Ave, Downtown, Main Station are the absolute worst!!

And this service is like ride share app, where they will pick you at the door and drop you off at the door. If you have a wheeler or in wheeler, no problems, you will get you in the vehicle safely and secure you safely. You have to qualify for the service and you have to go through an interview at the main building in downtown. I really appreciation the Metro Lift as it let me be independent on going to places in Houston safely and not relying on family or friends all the time. I know I'm on the fucking 82, you don't have to repeat it 30 million times. Between that, the rattling, windows and the loud mouth thugs sitting in back, the noise is unbearable. The schedules are always fucked up and sometimes you'll wait 30 minutes for a supposed 10 min interval bus followed by 3 or 4 busses minutes apart. For the most part this bus gets you were you need to go but if time allows take the 25 instead.

There's multiple departures everyday and it's easy to book a ticket through their website. Upgrades are available to select your seat or pay to have the whole row to yourself. Honestly I wouldn't waste your money on this. Both of my trips were only about half full so it was easy to spread out. Departures were both on time but both arrived a little past the expected arrival time so take that into consideration when trying to plan your day. The bus is clean, has charging outlets at very seat and there's a restroom on board. They are also able to accommodate wheelchairs as there is a lift at the back of the bus. My one complaint is the ride from Houston to Austin had a significant amount of vibrating for the entire ride. Think - that feeling when you first get a flat tire. It was pretty hard to try to nap. Otherwise, no complaints. I would do this again.

She causes trouble in her own work place. She doesn't know why nor does she understand ALS concerns and scope of the EMS business. She has the other workers to double teen on the female workers like myself without knowing why. One of the workers intentionally hurts me with the stretcher by yanking and pulling during letting the stretcher down causing me to almost fall. She seems very unstable because she constantly yells and curses at me from time to time mostly daily. The owner is very mental and verbally abusive towards me.
