I rented U-Haul Yesterday and was told I had to use the insurance from the rental place. No option was explained or given in order to decline. I was also given the worst vehicle on the lot. Nevertheless, I pressed on due to my schedule. After using the U-Haul, I called the insurance company and was advised I didn't have to use the rental insurance offered by the rental company. Today I walked in the office and explained to the heavy-set, red head caucasian female the situation about the insurance. Before I could finish, she immediately got offensive and began to overtalk me. She so arrogantly and ignorantly lied about our entire conversation pertaining to the rental insurance. I told her she lied, and I will tell the other African Americans not to do business in this establishment. I knew it was not smart to go back and forth in this racist climate. Therefore, I called the police out to take a report and cover myself. Of course, she lied to them about explaining to me the policy on the rental insurance. The guys were really professional and advised me of my next step. I did this because if someone can lie that easily about a $15 dollar charge after a storage renter has rented there for years, then they can lie about how I may or may not have conducted myself. I will not spend my money in any establishment that does not respect my dollar. But, to have a white woman lie to my face about something so simple, makes me guard my dollar even more. I will not spend another dollar at this establishment. Rex, GA is about 68% black and this lady really believes she can say and charge whatever she wants because she believes this is her right. I advise my African American community to not spend a dollar with this Karen. Please spend your money where you are treated in fairness and respect. Do not give this kind of business your money and give this person any power.

I have never been more embarrassed in all of my life when Clayton county pulled us over. She has a severe problem and it needs to be corrected by taking her out of customer service. I don't know if she just has a problem with men in general or if she just had a problem with our friend.
