Absolutely horrible customer service and a very disappointing experience…read more During an energy audit, my hardwood floor was damaged. I also discovered that the technician moved my security camera from the window to a table without asking. This was captured on my security footage. When I raised these concerns with management, I felt they were dismissed. The manager told me he believed the technician's account over mine despite the video I provided. I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, "I'll sue you for defamation." And, " I can't wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you" That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. In my opinion, moving a customer's security camera without permission is a serious security concern. Xcel's website has a list of companies you should use I'll provide a list below. With only 140 reviews on google and 21 on yelp the business has been in business for 17 years he says. Yea a lot of people love your business

We purchased a new home in '21 and knew we wanted to do at least three things right off the bat: 1)…read moreinsulate the attic, 2) install solar, and 3) an EV charger. I was pleased to find that REenergizeCO did them all and were more than just an installer but on mission to increase energy efficiency. From start to finish communication was fantastic. They first did the insulation and we noticed a difference almost immediately. They also took care of submitting the Xcel rebate paperwork for it. The solar panels and EVSE came a bit later. Again, they took care of all the paperwork with Xcel. The system has been working without flaw since and saving us tons of money in this inflated energy cost environment. We had them out recently to detach and reset the panels for a roof replacement. They took the opportunity to slightly tweak the layout for better efficiency. Still the same commitment to quality!

Based on our experience, I strongly advise against purchasing a solar panel system through Valor…read moreRoof and Solar. We purchased our system through them, and while the sales team was friendly, the system they sold us has never lived up to the performance expectations they set. It's important to note that Valor is not the actual solar provider--they hand off installation and support to a third-party company called 1Solar, which has been extremely difficult to work with. During the sales process, Valor assured us of specific energy savings and a guaranteed level of system performance, none of which have materialized. It's also important to call out that Valor did not disclose that the system's production was only guaranteed to achieve 85% of the original estimates. This should have been made clear from the beginning because it directly impacts the system's expected return on investment. We only became aware of this lower guarantee after problems emerged, but even with the reduced 85% threshold, our system has still failed to meet the guaranteed levels since installation. Despite more than a month of efforts to seek help, neither Valor nor 1Solar has provided any meaningful resolution. This experience has been incredibly time-consuming, frustrating, and ultimately very disappointing. We had hoped for a positive and lasting investment, but instead have been left with ongoing problems and little support.
