They installed the fence wrong which resulted in the city coming out and issuing a citation, then they wouldn't fix it and I was out there ripping boards out of our front fence-which doesn't look anything like I requested because they installed it wrong. We have a lot of cracked boards and I've had to replace several of them-using the lumber I had to rip out after they installed it wrong. Now we've run out of the extra lumber. We adopted 2 dogs shortly after the fence was installed, one of our dogs jumps on the fence, this has knocked out several boards. Now, if the fence boards weren't such poor quality and the install was done correctly - I wouldn't mention this, the dog shouldn't jump on the fence but it does seem like it should hold up better than it has. What tipped me over the edge is that due to our dog knocking out boards I have been trying to find matching lumber to add boards inside the fence so they can't push the boards out. No luck at the big box stores so I called the company to find out how to get the lumber, if I could buy from them directly or get the suppliers info. Despite the fact that they installed the fence and I have to do all these repairs-they wouldn't help me at all. They said they don't sell materials and their supplier only works with them. It just seems like they should be more willing to help someone when they did the work. But I guess they got my $20k so why bother. Go with someone else. I get angry every time I look at the fence!

Towards the end of the heating season we called them because the unit they installed wasn't coming close to maintaining a proper humidity level in our ranch home. The owner gave me some excuse about how it would be better during the next heating season. They never made us aware of advantages of a fan driven humidifier vs the passive model (humidifier is dependent on furnace fan air movement to push moisture through the humidifier and into the heated air) We can't get the humidity in the house above 25% when 40-43% is a proper range. We are now have to pay another company to install a fan driven humidifier. Very disappointing!!
