He charged my AC and fixed a stem valve, then said I was good to go. He never even checked the air coming out of my vents; he just said I was good and collected his money. My AC was blowing out cool, not cold, air at 65 degrees. I called him back, and he said my unit was old and I needed to buy a new one. Keep in mind, he never stepped foot in my house except to collect payment. I got a second opinion, and it turns out my coils in my furnace and outside were clogged. After another company cleaned the coils, my AC is right where it should be, blowing out COLD air at 55 degrees. But Sid told me multiple times he has been doing this as long as I have been alive... How many other people has he scammed into replacing their units?

Carrier itself had no idea how to fix it when he called them, so Danny dug his heels in, did some research and figured it out, talking us through each step of his diagnostic process and making his best recommendation on how to fix our air conditioner. Sarah and Jessica also stayed in touch with us every step of the way regarding scheduling.
