I needed a second tow from a mechanic to the dealership and Geico set me up with Metro Towing. Ramzi called me to make sure he was going to the right place to pick up my car and it turned out Geico was sending him to the wrong address. He knew exactly where my car was and rerouted himself. I gave him my second set of keys to give to the dealership (at their request), so he also saved me a trip across town. Ok first of all, I didn't personally choose this company, I contacted my insurance and they chose Metro Towing for me. But I am so glad they did and if I ever needed roadside assistance again I would pick Metro. I had a flat tire that had happened as I pulled into my driveway the night before and woke up the next day to try to change it myself. Only the lug nuts were on too tight and I couldn't get enough leverage to remove them myself. That's where Metro Towing comes in. I am especially grateful to have the driver Ramzi be sent out to help me. He was very kind and professional. He was quick and even taught me some tips and tricks if I had this problem in the future and taught me some things about buying tires. At a time where I would've been so frustrated and he could've been rude (because it was a hot day and I live kind of in the middle of nowhere) he didn't make me feel bad or give me any attitude. I was stranded half way between our home in the Bay Area and Fresno when I was hit by some freeway debris that completely shredded my tire. If I could not give a rating I would. I had terrible experience with this company. Ramzi showed up an hour after the time he was supposed to arrive. How ever on the tracker he marked he arrived at my place on time which was not true at all. When I tried calling him to find out where he was at and how long it would take him, he said he was only 10 mins away. That was the longest hour I had to wait. I was on a time crunch because not only did I have to get to the car rental place but I also had to sign paperwork at the auto body shop. Not to mention the auto body shop was waiting for my car to arrive there because they we're getting ready to close. When I asked Ramzi if he could guarantee that my car would make it to the auto body shop by 5pm he replied by saying well nothing in life is guaranteed so I can't guarantee that. It was such an @ hole thing to say. On top of that when he arrived to my unit and I gave him specific instructions of where my car was he went left our complex and was driving away. Thankfully my husband was able to call him and tell him he was going the wrong way. He even argued with my husband telling him that where we lived are not condos they're apartments. Overall he was very unprofessional, very rude and very late. I also contacted GEICO to let them know of this terrible experience. Service was amazing ! I got a flat tire on the freeway in Tracy and they responded fairly quick seeing that it was a weekend and other company estimated times were much longer. They were able to find my location with the apple share location feature and take credit card because I had no cash. And the guy who changed my tire was very quick and knowledgeable made me feel extremely comfortable. Not to mention they were much cheaper than my insurance company's quote for a tire change.
