Figures why he is a manager after all probably got there by being able to trick other customers so he makes his sale, but I've been a lifelong ATT member to know how it goes. First off he kept questioning If i am an ATT customer, I told him twice this is why I am here, like why else would I be in the store. Then he tried to tell me to get a BOGO sale to get a free iphone if I add another line. I told him I do not have another person to add, who am I going to add my 3 year niece. Just his attitude does not work out in this environment. Not worth my time, rather go to another ATT score that values customers and actually do not act like they are the CEO

They always have nice accessories to compliment your phone and are always ready to answer your questions. The manager/owner Steve, will go out of his way to explain all the plan options and provides excellent recommendations and advise. One time I had a screen protector that broke, and they replaced it for free. They go out of their way to keep their customers happy and genuinely care! Thank you!

I will never go to this store again. I was kicked out by the manager because I asked him to fix a…read moreproblem on my account that was made by the store and not me I have been try to get an upgrade since November 2021. They ordered a phone that I did not request. As a result they took it back and I never left the store without the phone. The problem is they did not take it off my account. To this day my account is reflecting that I have had an upgrade. The manager Mr Ouli was yelling at me disrespectful and very nonprofessional. I'm a senior only trying to upgrade my phone Please help
