Everything was handled with professionalism and dignity, and it was clear they genuinely care about the families they serve. My family did not bring this up to other employees but this was still odd 4- when bringing the attitude info to an employee, my family was only met with more attitude 5- my family left a review already, but your reply was disingenuous and disappointing. Don't even want to know which employees were acting so disrespectfully? How much do you REALLY care about the HEINOUS service my family had and how your business operates? Truly a disgusting experience, should not still be in business. If you care about your family, and if you care about how your grieving process looks / feels, DO NOT GO HERE. This experience, and now your reply, is beyond despicable to do to anyone let alone people who are grieving and/or dying. Thanks for making my dying mother's end of life even worse than it already was, full of stank attitude and disrespect from multiple people at your company in her final days. Today I emailed to check in and received a call back from Jill that our headstone will not be delivered on time. It hadn't shipped yet. I purchased at end of April and was assured it was enough time. Today all I got were excuses. "tarrifs have made US suppliers overwhelmed", "the owner is pulling his hair out", "you had a special order so they probably did all the easy stones first", and "the quarry cutters are out for the rest of the week so it would be a miracle if we got it by the 12th". We are extremely disappointed that no one was monitoring shipping dates through the last three months to alert us of any potential issues nor was I ever told mine was a "special size". I was assured the stone would be in place for our mom's burial. Now my family will never see her headstone in person since we live in CA. They have robbed us of proper ceremony for our mom. They had an obligation to be upfront on delivery before they took our money. If they had I could've gone elsewhere. The lack luster attitude is unacceptable. There was no attempt to make things right, we're just supposed to accept it. I sent a review into the company tonight. I'll see if they have any response or care for the celebration they have stolen from us. I can not recommend this company unless they make it right and have our mother's headstone in time for her burial.

We could hear two fellas upstairs screaming at each other like cats in a bag! The poor woman tryin to help us was looking like she was about to pass out from embarsment. I could hear em arguing the whole time. It was so unproessional, specially with how much we payed. #2 the day of the funeral things aint any better. My boys been having a rough time of it and was fitting to pass out. I go to look for a place for him to cool off, so i see this old fella standing around doing nothing. I ask him if there is a private room we could get my boy in?? This guy starts goin off and rising his voice. When I tried explain what was goin on he started shouting over me about how he was the owner and he'd have me thrown out. That was the last draw. I told him forget it but that didnt calm him down none. He kept screaming louder following me down the hall. Thats when I realized I heard the voice before and sure enough it was the same fella that was yelling at someone upstairs the week before!! I dont know what kind of place this is but i sure wont ever be back. There aint no one should be treated like that, specially on one of the hardest days of your life.

Mike was ready to help advise when needed and accommodate wherever we already had ideas. He's the first guy we meet who was a friend rather than a "salesman". We actually had a pleasant experience through a difficult time.
