Westwood taxi came through to their word! My 10:30pm train did not get in til 1:30am due to delays,construction and track "issues". I received texts throughout the trip reassuring me that they were aware of the delay(they check the train schedule on their own) and it was no problem! John said the driver would come into the lobby and call the patient's name only once. When I explained the patient is a non- English speaking elderly woman without a cell phone John proceeded to demean the elderly stating "It's not 1986, she needs to get a cell phone." I tried to reason with him as many elderly aren't tech savvy and that should be considered. He continued by saying that's wasn't his problem and that she would get left behind w/o a contact phone. At this point I felt uncomfortable leaving an defenseless, elderly patient in the hands of this company that I made alternate transportation arrangements for her. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are cold and careless and specifically John, who is a rude and nasty individual. Perhaps one day when an elderly person whom he loves is mistreated, then will he understand the need for compassion.
