The fresh meat cut for your sandwich is piled on and the other ingredients speak for themselves as the flavors keep you wanting more. I asked if I could change the hot pepper spread for the sweet "No Problem ". The service is top notch! The atmosphere is casual and inviting, but the food is every bit as good as what you'd find at restaurants that cost a lot more. I always like it when a chef comes out of the kitchen, especially at a tasting menu, and Vinnie came out several times to chat with guests which was very nice.
