I'm not sure if they were shorthanded or what the deal was, but it was a lot of waiting to not be very busy inside, but we were hungry and wanted to try the food so we gave them a chance. Our waitress was nice. My mother ordered a vegetable burrito. My daughter ordered a cheese quesadilla. My cousin ordered a chicken and beef taco and I ordered vegetable quesadilla. We also had rice, black beans, chips, and salsa, queso, and guacamole . The food came out hot. I had no complaints at all on the food. Everything was delicious. The cheese was a little runny, but it didn't matter because it was so good. I will definitely be back to that location. I might try sitting at the bar. It looked pretty inviting from the front door. I basically paid $15 for two tortilla shells with a bunch of pepper and onions. Honestly, I usually compliment restaurants as I know they work hard but this place was ridiculous. Nothing was done to correct the experience and I left paying for all our meals like I'd have scored better at Taco Bell. I will definitely never go back. They sat a charded jalapeno dead center and mixing it all together took it to the next level. The tacos were underwhelming though. I had steak, chicken tinga and chicharron, the chicken tinga blew them away flavor wise. I did like the attention to detail and bite size of the chicharron. The tortilla itself was offputting texture wise. You couldn't fold it without ripping. We are willing to try again, we will see in the future!

This was novel to me as I had never experienced it until I came here. The tablets worked well and even so, you got a feel for how extensive their menu truly is. Food-wise, there were no complaints around the table. I had their pork bowl which not only comes out hot and fresh, but copious - I just couldn't finish it - they piled on the food with what appeared to be wild abandon. My wife had their fajita plate which was massive. That definitely ended up going home with us. Desserts were their flan which had a flavor I had not expected, maybe not to true style, but definitely rich and delicious. No complaints here. Service was not only friendly but patient with us as we had plenty of questions for being our first time here, but it wasn't as attentive as I would have like. It's a large flour tortilla filled with filet tip beef Colorado, refried beans and rice, smothered with its own savory sauce and melted cheese. The beef Colorado is always tender and very tasty!
