Starting with the receptionist in their sales office, Geoff the sales guy, David and his brother who demo'd and installed the new windows...all were very professional and very helpful along the way. I seeked out 3 companies to bid my project. River City Windows and one other were the only ones to respond. River City's bid was the lowest quote for a model window one up from a competitor. It was a now brainer for me to decide who to go with. Once on the job, David and his team ensured everything was tarped off to capture all the debri, very methodical in their demo and installation process, and ensured everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. A phrase David told me "we treat your property as if it was our own". Love this! Had to wait about a week for the stucco guy to come out and restucco around the windows. It's all done and he blended in the new stucco with the existing THANK YOU River City Windows for a job well done. I'm a very happy customer!!

Ok...that was first impression...it gets better. On the quote appointment, they surveyed the home and provided me a catalogue to view while they did measurements (lots of window types and options!!!). During our conversations, they were so easy to work with and genuinely cared about our project like it was their own home. They made quality suggestions that we as homeowners didnt even know or think to ask about, such as, sound barrier windows or adding tint. Remembered Glassman to the Rescue when I was doing windows research in the past. They had tons of 5 star Yelp reviews, which is why they were at the top of my contact list. Texted Nancy (the "glass girl" and wife of the Glassman) and she responded very quickly. Carlos the Glassman was able to stop by the same day (within the hour!) and taught me about how to keep the older windows lubricated. He sprayed on some magic stuff and wow, they were like brand new! He could have easily replaced parts and suggested new valances to make more money but he was honest with me and said that new valances would have issues in the future too. Very grateful for Carlos and Nancy's responsiveness today and for helping us with the windows! Will keep them in mind for future windows and glass repairs!
