On the day of the appointment, he arrived early and messaged me and called me beforehand to let me know he was ahead of schedule and could stop by earlier. Marcus was very polite and easy to work with. He even helped me move some plants and a plant stand that was in the way of the window. He took a look at one of my windows and it turned out that he had the part with him so he was able to repair it the same day. I think it only took him about 10 minutes max! The other window, he looked at and was able to repair easily, so he didn't charge me. I was shocked! My impression was that he knows his stuff and he's honest, and doesn't try to nickle and dime you like many other companies out there. He seems like he genuinely wants to help clients out.
