The thin cut and crispy truffle fries were also very good and were gobbled up quickly. On the other hand the brisket was a bit dry but serviceable today rather than a standout. Maybe add some bbq sauce to elevate it a bit? I loved the curated craft beers on tap so check these out if so inclined.
