Another fantastic location. Great selection and always clean. I usually always create my own. Unlimited veggies, hummus, and dips! I saw via Social media of a BOGO 50%. It was hard to bypass. It was for signature bowls so I chose two different ones for myself. Eat one now and eat another later - sauce on the side. I was afraid something would lack or I would miss my load of toppings. Nope. The Garden bowl was good. I did ask for my sauce options once I arrived. Maybe next time I'll try a bowl that has different sauces that I usually don't pick to see how they pair it. My go-to sauce is the Lemon Garlic. The cilantro sauce was good (sweet-like). Other good ones is Taziki, tahini, and the mango was straight. Service was busy tonight with combination of online orders and a couple in line. My online order was ready and I didn't have to put my order more than 15 mins away. I was happy to see them busy and many people eating inside because usually it no waiting, ever ...at all locations. I wish they'd play the Moroccan music. I own all those songs! This location is off of Providence Rd at the corner of Old Sardis Rs in the shopping center. Because it's in the shopping center, there's plenty of parking. I came mid week a little later than the typical lunch time. The service was fast. The food was served warm. I ordered the Avocado Mango Chicken. There's just a little spice to enhance the meal. It comes with spinach, white basmati rice, chicken shawarma, Turkish salad, spicy humus, avocado, pickled turnips and spicy mango. It was very good but I did not taste any mango flavor. I was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere when I walked in and appreciated how the decor was colorful and looked authentic to the cuisine. It was overall clean too. The menu has a good variety to choose from, and I went with a classic bowl with harissa chicken. I was happy with the variety of ingredients they offered and it felt like a healthy and fresh meal. This was my first time visiting this place. I did not know what I was doing and I let my server knew that I didn't know what I was doing. My server was great. However, there was ththe only black person in the store, which is typical, no shade of race because I am black myself, but she just had to share her opinion with an attitude regarding my order. The professional thing to do was to let her fellow employee know what he was doing wrong behind the scenes and not in front of the customer. I immediately wanted to leave but my friend made me stay. There is nothing fast about this place. You place can place an online order, set an time for arrival, arrive on time to pick up your food and still have to wait 10-15 mins to be told your food is getting made now. Also as you wait, they will make your order wrong and not tell you of they run out of something. Please do a training on timing, quality control and customer service. read more

I have been getting into mediterranean foods lately and been trying all the similar chipotle style mediterranean fast food place. This place is pretty quick and the manager was very welcoming. You can mix and match the greens with rice if you'd like. You pretty much get as many toppings and sauces you want as well. Beware if you get the greens mixed with rice make sure you are looking at the bowl when they are making it because it can easily get overfilled. I just kept going crazy with all the toppings and before you know it, the person serving my food was trying to find places to put it or else it'll fall down. The food in general was very filling and delicious. I had asked for the sauces on the side but even without the sauces it was already pretty flavorful. The interior decorating is also very instagram worthy - very colorful, and pretty. I would avoid rush hour time because the seatings are not that well spread out. read more

The menu is very basic and similar to other fast food Mediterranean places around town. I got a build your own bown with the chicken, brown jasmine rice, and a bunch of toppings. The greek feta dressing was a good add of flavor to the already flavorful bowl, but would recommend getting a hummus or tahini in addition to add more texture to the toppings. The bread that comes with the bowl was nice to have to help add some obvious carbs to the bowl. Overall, it was very tasty and would definitely recommend this place to friends in the area. I wanted a good salad and this place was near so I decided to stop here. When i arrived about 7p it looked closed however, it was open so that was a plus that the coast was clear to order. When I arrived to the counter it gave me oh this is very similar to Cava, although there is one exception the salad is not as flavorful. I created my own salad and notice there where only two protein choices to select from. I decided to get a taste of both. The lemongrass drink left a nasty aftertaste. This place is awesome! It's in a shared parking lot so there's plenty of parking. I came in on a weekend midday with no wait. Upon entering I was greeted. Their menu is quite small.... hand held. They don't have one on the wall, but the food is delicious. The establishment was clean and they follow the CDC guidelines to protect customers during COVID-19. They have a rewards program. If you download the app you get three dollars off your first purchase! Yay! I got the bowl option which was plenty of food to last me for lunch and dinner. The setup is pretty classic - select your base, protein and load it up with toppings. I opted for a salad base with arugula and mixed greens. This was hands down the most bland and tasteless meal I have had in a very long time. I ordered a lemon chicken kebab bowl expecting an exotic-tasting experience. What I got was completely underwhelming and looked nothing like the rich, colorful picture on the overhead menu board. The chicken was pale and colorless and had no taste of lemon. The rice was the same color as the chicken and had even less flavor. Only some of my avocado had its skin removed. The bread was chalky and could have benefitted from more time in the oven instead of the steaming tray. I can't comment on the falafel because, even though I paid for them, they never showed up. The spicy feta dip had no heat; guess it wasn't so spicy after all. What disappoints me more than anything is knowing that I can make better tasting Mediterranean food at home without a lot of effort but chose to throw my money away on a mediocre meal from another run-of-the-mill chain restaurant with a good vibe, flashy hipster look, but no regard for putting out a quality product. A real disappointment. Well, not everything. The eggplant was tasty. That may not be much of a compliment since everything else in my bowl set the bar pretty low. read more

It is a build your own adventure kind of meal (think Chipotle, Yafo, etc). With that said, the price point and food make this a great value. The food is delicious. I've always been a pretty simple eater and know exactly what I'm eating...but that didn't always translate to healthy. I wanted to start eating better, but still have tasty food -- well, that's where Mezeh came into play. I took a chance one time and added several things to one of their bowls (things I wasn't even sure what they were) and it was amazing!!! Since then, I've ordered a variety of things and never have to worry because it always tastes good. AND, to know that it is fresh food and much healthier than what I was eating perilously makes me a huge fan. Tasty, healthy, fresh, and I don't spend any more than I did when I ordered "not so healthy food"; it's a no brainer for me. Love this place! read more

The space is beautiful. It's nice to have an attractive, fast-casual space in Strawberry Hill. They are running a five dollar bowl with the purchase of a drink for opening week. We got the hibiscus drink and the mango tea. Both were delicious. The bowls were on a choice of greens or grains with rice or not. The proteins were very flavorful. In fact, they were the only part of the bowl that had flavor besides the very very spicy shug which I added at the end of the bowl. It was confusing to have so many flavorful toppings that didn't taste like anything. The dish needed salt but there was none available. Service was ok. Both my husband and I felt rushed through the line despite the fact that it wasn't busy. I will try again for take out so I can season the bowl. read more

We ate here Friday night One of the ladies working was super nice with my dad. the other woman serving food was rude about not having a menu for a customer to read in person. She kept insisting I just had to scan the QR. making it out like I didn't understand......I understood perfectly what she meant just didn't share her opinion nor did it change my mind that I should be able to read a menu in front of me whether it's on the glass sneeze guard, up there on the wall or on a piece of paper. It's pretty basic in business even a child's lemonade stand put the price out for display. Tied with yafo for best build-your-own Mediterranean food in Charlotte. Their falafel is way better than Cava's (but on par with Yafo's) and you can get roasted corn! Not 5 stars yet because I've had a couple of falafel that were undercooked and the staff sometimes makes you feel like you are bothering them. That said, the ingredients are very fresh, the staff is usually very friendly, and I never feel like my bowl gets "muddied" from all the flavors (unlike Cava). read more
