Dropped my car off , 3 hours later around 3 I call for an update because i never received a call or text and the lady says she will check and call me back. 10 min goes by and she calls back saying it will be another 3 more hours because they are struggling to do a removal and it will be ready by 6. They call around 5:35 saying to come at 6 it is almost ready. I get there around 5:53 and walk into the lobby and the guy says i can go check it out as they are finishing it up so i go and wait another 10 min. They pull the car out and say its all ready to go and I ask what the reason was for adding an additional 3 hours when the lady from the beginning said it wouldn't take no longer than 2.5 hours. The guy doesn't understand my question so he called another guy over and the guy stated because they kept cutting out the wrong pieces and had to redo it all over again and again. So then i was going to ask for a little discount for the inconvenience. As i started to speak the guy walked away from me to go talk to his buddy then came back a couple seconds later saying 'so did you send the money' . What a big inconvenience and service was not as good as expected. Tint was pretty nice but service + fee + timing was not it. After talking to the owner of the company about the situation that happen everything was cleared i was reassured better communication and everything will be worked out. The chrome trim had some pitting and staining when we bought the vehicle, and I honestly wasn't sure it could be restored. I came in for an estimate and they showed me exactly how they could fix the chrome and were able schedule the detail right away. They buffed it all, and it looks brand new again. They also detailed the entire interior and waxed the exterior, and the whole SUV looks incredible. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. While you wait, the lobby is stocked with car care accessories, air fresheners, and plenty of snacks and drinks to browse. The attention to detail really shows, and we're so happy with the results.
