Horrible customer service and the owner is a cheater and a liar. He will sound friendly and warm but after our transaction, I didn't get no follow up and called numerous times about my floor bulging and squeaking when you walk over it, plus installer missed a small closet in the back of my house!!! They literally neverr answer the phone. I've called and called and called. So frustrating.

Came here after months of price shopping. I knew what I wanted (make and model) but I was not happy with the prices I was getting quoted. Came here and John made it easy breezy. I showed him the quotes for my wood flooring and carpet, he called his people and beat the price. Whole process took about 30min. I purchased all my materials from Fullerton Wholesale Flooring (even the glue) and they connected me to a great installer. Looking to replace the carpet for our home. Our carpet person recommended we check out Fullerton Wholesale Flooring. He said they offered a large selection to choose from. Came in on a Saturday and was greeted by John. Very friendly and personable. We explained that were looking to replace the carpet in our home. We told him that we were looking for something in a shade of gray and asked if he had any recommendations. He showed us his newest display by Shaw carpets. The carpet felt very soft and luxurious .....unfortunately the shades of gray didn't work for us. John told us to browse around and to let him know if was had any questions or needed more information. He did not hover over us, which is the one thing that I hate the most about sales people. He came back and checked on us in about 10 minutes. We showed him several different styles that we were considering. He explained the difference between the various types of carpet, (i.e.material, weight, fibers. etc) He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He suggested we bring the sample boards that we were interested in to the front so that would could compare the texture and color of the different carpets. He ordered several color swatches to be sent to our home. He said it was best to look at the colors in the exact surroundings where the carpet was going to be installed. Fullerton Wholesale Flooring had a lot of great samples and helped me determine the best carpeting for our home. Then, arranged installation that went great. I went to Home Depot and Lowes and didn't get much advice on what type of carpet I should use. They have laminate and vinyl products too. I was able to get a remnant carpet piece for a room at a great price. read more

Fullerton Wholesale Flooring has the best prices in town, but their customer service, after the sale is lacking. We had a small issue with our carpet and needed FWF to come and look at the carpet. I called numerous times and left messages. Not once did they return a phone call. Even after emailing a photo of the problem carpet, they didn't call back to resolve my issue. I had to continue to call until someone picked up to get a response. Nice guys, but lacking in customer service, IMHO :( read more

Well it been about two months now and there has been no issues with the carpet. First of all John the owner did a great job explaining everything and helping us decide what carpet would be right for us and yet was not pushy. He also spent a great deal of time planning the layout of the carpet for the most efficient and cost effective results. The carpet got installed the very next week and that's when things started to go slightly down. The two installers were nice and polite. However they did not know to tape up the seams in the Spill Guard padding as John said they would do, because if you were to get a spill over a seam area, it could soak into the padding. John arrived shortly after this discussion and provided the proper tape for the Spill Guard. I found a base board area that had been pressed down into the carpet. As I was fixing it, one of the installers came up and said they tried to fix it, but they weren't able to. It appeared they weren't going to bring this to my attention. Lastly, the cleanup of the loose fibers around the baseboards, especially in the closet areas, was sorely lacking. My wife spent a great deal of time raking up the loose fibers before she could even attempt at vacuuming. Bottom line, I would recommend this company, but I would be sure to have a firm understanding of the process, so you can ensure the installers are performing the job correctly. read more
