Amazing show here. The crowd gave that energy and the hospitality at this venue was hands down the best i ever witnessed. Cant wait to be back here! Spreading love to the world with RnB

So much to do here! Shopping, dining, entertainment, relaxation and more! We came for a concert and chose to stay here for the convenience. I loved the ease of checking in via phone; checking out was a breeze too! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable!

I love the MGM , however it's starting to attract and keep a younger unruly crowd, Saturday's are crazy here. I just left this place last night ....there was so much music blasting in the parking garage it was ridiculous. Where is security when you need them. Loud young girls yelling and twerking as if this was a club parking lot. It's beginning to be a turn off - - - on a positive note, I'm glad they have metal detectors now, but for some reason they can't seem to keep the entry line down, which is frustrating. Also, Cashier line was backed all the way down past Felt lounge. I think this casino is going to fall off if they don't get control of that parking lot. There's already been a few incidents there. MGM please step up your security outside. Everyone doesn't want to deal with the riff raft.

Bread and Butter eatery in food court. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and limited menu from 3am-6am!

My husband and I came here due to having a room comped for the betting we do in BetMGM. Let me start by saying the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Asian decor filled the lobby and halls with unique architecture designs and statues. The lobby, food court and casinos were VERY clean , you can tell they take pride in the upkeep for this place. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is the actual hotel rooms themselves. Very nice/modern but plain atmosphere. There was a see-through curtain that separated the bathroom from the bedroom which was a bit odd. It seems very flimsy and cheap which didn't go with the room. The drains were a bit dirty and rusty, and the nightstands / lamps and tv were all pretty dusty with some stains. A bit disappointed in the actual hotel room itself , however the actual casino and food / shopping levels were imaculent! The eateries in the food court were wonderful! Some open late which was a life saver considering room services ends at 4pm! Make sure to make a reservation at Voltaggio Steakhouse! You will not be disappointed.

Just a picture to snap. It was a nice place.

I had a good time here. Very walkable! Many great places to eat! The people running the tables were all very nice and helpful. Helps that I won at roulette! . I usually do. That's just my inner Being connecting with the force. Until that second tequila, then, eh, not so much lol. We watched all the fun from the night club from the outside view walkspace. It's the smokers section and I don't smoke but GREAT people watching!! Wow. I enjoyed my time! Thanks!!!

Let me start by saying this, I dislike going to casinos and gambling as a whole. My dad wanted to go Thanksgiving Day while we were with his sister and my cousins...My Aunt was tired but my cousin went along with my brother...My brother gives my dad money and 1 hour...I buy my cousin a drink....I take $60 out...Give $40 to my cousin to come here on his Bday and spend $20...I win $75 on $2.25 spin...I cash out lol!!!!! My dad comes back with brother and says he won $600...I say it is best we leave. It is smaller than most casinos...Small and more intimate. It is clean and lively and the higher ceiling make it brighter and more inviting. I like going here over Atlantic City and Las Vegas which I have been to more than I want...Once you are in LV or AC you are trapped at least for a day...Here you can leave quick and easy. Their bar is solid and the drinks well made and strong...That stood out. Worth going for a quick fix or if you are in the area.

More like 3.5/5, a C. I usually have a good time when I come to MGM, it is a well organized/laid out space. Compared to MGM's Vegas casinos, it's below. MGM gives a lot of offers to try to get people to Vegas or on a cruise line, which is nice. Here's where it loses stars for me. The other day, a bird got in and was around the food in the cafe, I wonder if this might be a health concern. The customer service is not really all there, and most of the food is overpriced and mid. A few items from several restaurants and the cafe were just horrendous and they don't give refunds or try to remake anything for you. Like the Vietnamese coffee they made me before was just a white mocha (this is what the employee told me when I asked why it had no condensed milk). There have also been a few instances with employees where I have felt they have been rude or ignored me, and I am not typically somewhere who cares too much about that.

    Corner Suite
    Tram A.

MGM National Harbor Hotel staff was nice and friendly. Rooms were nice. We booked two rooms: Corner Suite and a 2-queen bed! Corner Suite was quiet and spacious. 2-queen bed room was noisy due to the neighbors! Housekeeping staff was nice to deliver items that I need.

The hotel provided a shuttle which ran 24 hours during the event and was always there in a few minutes. There was only one time it was full and we just took an Uber because we didn't want to wait. It's about a 6 minute ride and the shuttle fits 14 people. That alone makes ithe hotel invaluable. It's much further and more expensive (if you are Ubering) to get to the Alexandria hotels. The hotel itself was decent. The staff were friendly. There were police/security vehicles with their lights on at night in the parking lot. The hotel is sort of isolated and right next to a Top Golf so it didn't feel sketchy, despite being in Oxon Hill (which is definitely sketchy). The other people staying in the hotel seemed to be mostly conference attendees. Parking is free and the lot is large (a huge plus). The rooms were quiet, clean, basic, and appeared to have been recently updated. There were a few cosmetic issues, no stopper for the bathtub, and the soap dried my skin out, but these were minor and easy to overlook because we weren't really spending a lot of time there. Clean and quiet are what really count! The free breakfast is mostly carbs. Your options are coffee/tea/juice/milk, bagels, pastries, toast, cereal, and fruit. I will definitely be staying here again during MAGfest and am delighted to have discovered this gem. Thanks Harborside!

Washington area. You know, trying to be responsible adults. When we pulled up to check in there were a few people ahead of us. The receptionist was still very polite to everybody. She answered our questions about parking and we were set. By the way, it's very convenient that the parking garage is right across the street. You can use your room key to enter the hotel from the backside (across from the parking garage). You can get your parking ticket validated to allow in & out access. The decor is modern and updated. I like the way they've set up seating areas by the dining area for say...... a family with small kids to eat together. There are a few TV's on the walls in the sitting areas if you'd like to just chill. The room, or should I say suite, was nice. I like that the TV swivels 360 degrees so you can turn it around to watch while on the couch. Then swivel it to the bed and watch there as well. We had a kitchenette with microwave, plates, glasses, siverware, a stove, etc. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were a bit lumpy. They did the job. The water was HOT and had good pressure. What else do you need? Oh, the gym was pretty good for a hotel gym! They even had kettlebells. They also had a store with plenty of everything you might need while you're there. I felt comfortable there. The door and elevator both required key-card access. The carpet didn't look worn down. The hallways were painted (or it was probably wallpaper) a nice grey color. We stayed here because of our pet, and the hotel allows for fur guests at a reasonable visit fee. The suites are spacious and have all that you need to feel like you have a home base when you're away from home. Some of the highlights or good things about our Residence Inn stay: - There is a nearby parking deck and the back entrance of the hotel is right across the street from it. So, it's very convenient when bringing in luggage or just going in and out daily. - Our room was on the 7th floor and was very spacious. The suite layout was comfortable with the kitchenette, living room area, bedroom area, and bathroom/closet situation. - The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, where you can store groceries and do your own cooking if you want. The drawers and cabinets are supplied with plates, cookware, and various utensils. The kitchen has an energy efficient dishwater and a garbage-disposal sink, too! - The free breakfast buffet is pretty good! Hot food bar, waffle makers, cereal, yogurt, bakery good, hot coffee, cold brew, etc. The whole gamut of breakfast food stuffs. - Laundry room! Our trip to D.C. was nearly two weeks long, so this was great towards the end of our trip. You can ask the front desk for a roll of coins in exchange for cash. The washing machine costs $4 to use for one wash cycle. The dryer is similar to costs except you can add in increments of 25 cents. It's by the gym. - There's a gym and workout machines. My husband who used it said it does the job. - The Residence Inn is close to casual eateries, bars and various entertainment venues (if you're into dueling piano spots, you're in luck!), and within walking distance of a CVS pharmacy if you need.

As a Marriott Ambassador member, I stay at Marriott properties across the US weekly, and this property is missing even basic customer service on every level. First, the housekeeping staff were unable to communicate with me as a guest using basic English. I requested several toiletries that were not in my room when I checked in, and were obviously not checked by housekeeping to include body wash and shampoo. It took me leading the housekeeper physically by the hand to my bathroom and pointing to her what I needed for her to finally understand. Then the bottle literally fell off the wall, she placed it on the ground in the shower, and simply left it there! Next, I called for extra pillows, and waited over 2 hours before calling yet again to inquire about the status of the items. The person that answered the phone offered no apology and simply said they would send some up, which they did, but a guest should not be waiting two hours and have to follow-up for such a simple request. The exclusively foam pillows that this property has adopted were very uncomfortable. So much for comfortable feather pillows that used to be the Westin Heavenly pillow standard. Yesterday, I had a large Instacart order delivered to the hotel, and several of my delivery bags from the driver ripped immediately outside the front door. I could see the two front desk staff literally watching me thru the glass doors struggle to control my bags. They made no effort to come and offer assistance, and waited until I literally made three trips to move the items inside the hotel lobby myself before finally asking if I wanted a cart. This is embarrassing customer service. They knew that I was a hotel guest, and they were literally sitting at the front desk doing nothing. I dined in the hotel bar tonight and had a very unenjoyable experience both service wise and also the food was below average. It took over 15 minutes for the female server to even come clean my table and acknowledge me because she was clearly busy on her phone, visibly in the main dining area for all guests to see. There was a group of young girls (about 15) sitting at the large table off to the side. They were live streaming the entire hour and a half that I was there, making FaceTime calls, playing music and videos without headphones. It was beyond irritating, and they were also filming me and other guests in their live stream, which was not appropriate. I asked the bartender to ask them to stop, and he brushed me off. Then, to top it off, another Westin employee with a name tag was talking around the bar area and into the bar itself on her cell phone on a FaceTime call as well. I am not sure what type of operation is being run here, but the complete lack of professionalism was astounding. When I received my dinner bill, there was a $10.00 "Service Charge" which I had no idea what this was for, nor would I have had dinner here had I known this. Why was I charged this fee. The food was not good at all as the steak had no flavor. I was not offered an actual steak knife, nor any type of steak sauce. The server did not refill my drink, and I finally gave up asking. It is unfortunate how terrible the service is at this property as the location is great, and I generally really liked my room. I will sadly not be back after this horrific experience.
