I had been coming to Stay Sculpted consistently and even had a monthly full body sculpting membership with them because the treatments made me feel great -- less bloated, more sculpted, relaxed, and overall better in my body. The environment is calming and at one point I really trusted the team here. I recommended this place to friends and family multiple times because of how positive my earlier experiences were. As a business owner myself, I completely understand that staffing changes, scheduling issues, and operational challenges happen. No business is perfect, and I always try to give grace and understanding because I know firsthand how difficult it can be to maintain consistency while managing a growing business. However, what became frustrating was not the staffing changes themselves -- it was the lack of communication and accountability afterward. Since January of this year, I was unable to book or receive services consistently, yet I was never proactively updated when schedules reopened or appointments became available again. I would reach out through text and often receive no response at all. Communication became extremely inconsistent, which made it difficult to even use the membership I was actively paying for. Eventually, after repeatedly struggling to book and not receiving clear communication, I asked about getting a refund for my membership since I was not receiving services and could barely get responses regarding scheduling. Instead of directly addressing my refund requests or concerns, my messages were consistently ignored while I would still receive follow-up messages asking things like whether I saw their previous texts. It honestly felt dismissive and incredibly frustrating as a paying member and long-time client. It eventually got to the point where I had no choice but to dispute charges with my bank because I could not get a proper resolution or response directly from the business. Even then, I still had two rollover sessions remaining that I was unable to dispute or recover through my bank, and despite multiple attempts, I never received proper responses regarding canceling or stopping my membership either. What makes this especially disappointing is that this wasn't a place I visited once and disliked -- this was somewhere I genuinely supported, trusted regularly, and spoke highly of for a long time. That's why the decline in communication, professionalism, and overall client experience feels so upsetting to me personally. I truly hope the business takes client communication, consistency, and accountability more seriously moving forward, because there is real potential here and I know firsthand how great this place can be when it's operating at its best.
